I’ve been to this place several times. All the employees working here are nice and hospitable expect this Indian lady. She’s been disrespectful each time I was there. She always rushing me and missing items from my order. On this day August 10, 2023 around 11:30am, she was on her phone texting when I arrived. She said she will be with me in seconds, but she was keep texting on her phone the next 3 minutes. I was so disappointed and left the place immediately. I called the corporate office and no one answered my phone. Please don’t go to this place if you don’t wanna be disrapected.

This Subway is closed. It says online that it’s open, and when I pulled up the “open” sign is turned on, but the whole inside is torn up, remodeling or permanently closed or something. I can only assume that because there was no sign saying what was going on. Who keeps their open sign turned on during remodeling? But I went around the corner down Massman to the Subway by Shell on Elm Hill Pike and got a friendly employee who made an amazing sandwich!

Every time I come here within the hours of operation the person working says he’s on break or the door is locked. 3 other people tried to enter the building the same time I did. Please at least have the courtesy to turn off the open sign or correct the hours of operation on google. Waist of gas and time.

We went 45 minutes before the store was supposed to close. Several people were eating inside, but all the food had been put up already. The employee behind the counter was sarcastic.

This has got to be the rudest and worst food experience I've ever had!! I have never been spoken to or treated this poorly by any establishment in all my life and I've had some pretty bad service before. This one takes the cake!!!! I received the worst service, got talked down to like I was inconveniencing them and like I was stupid and a burden that I was ordering food by the owners(husband and wife).I had to repeat myself several times on toppings and type of sandwich and then they started talking about me right in front of me as if I wasn't standing there. I ordered three subs and two combo meals with 4 extra cookies. When I went to go get sweet tea just a little came out, so I got Unsweet tea no big deal. I went to take a sip and immediately spit it out because it was old and I used to be In The service industry and know when tea urns have not been cleaned properly. So I threw my drink away and was going to ask for another one and grab my two bags of chips and then leave. The owner told me I could not get chips because that was not in the combo and I didn't pay for them. So I guess when U say a "combo meal" at SUBWAY now that only includes a sandwich and drink, chips not included. I paid 35 dollars for three sandwiches, 2 drinks (one which I could not even drink) and 4 cookies. CRAZY ! I could have got a steak dinner for that amount and better service! Needless to say on my way out I told them about their sweet tea being out and their old unsweet tea and dirty tea urns and that they could keep their chips!!!
