I ordered 2 Footlong Sandwichs on the app with promo. As the pics show that I required more GREEN PEPPER AND ONIONS. BUT!!!None of each can see them đđ.I called store and someone ask me who made the sandwiches and also told me nothing he can do.đ

I usually go to the store near my home, but this one is closed to my work. I've trusted SUBWAY thought they are all the same...Well, in fact it's much different. Anyway won't come back again.

Every time my wife and I try to use this Subway, we always leave disappointed!! This guy is the rudest person of any Subway around here. Tonight, we left after we were told that we couldn't use our coupon, which clearly lists which sandwiches are not eligible with that coupon! The BMT that we were ordering was not listed on the coupon! This is the 3rd time we have walked away from this store without purchasing what we came for. We'll drive the extra 5-7 miles to go to the Donelson Pike or Elm Hill Pike Subway, where they know something about customer service!! This is ridiculous for someone to work with customers who doesn't have a clue how to treat customers!! The last time we pulled up at 8:45 PM and he ran to the door and locked it as my wife was walking up! Terrible customer service skills!!!

Be careful at this location. They have barrier poles set up as many places do. The middle one is hiding when youâre backing out of the first spot for the store. If youâre in a Truck or SUV you canât see âthe middleâ one. The manager came out to let me know âit happens all the time â. Expensive Sandwich this visit. Hopefully this saves you from the photo last night.

Does not participate in subway promos, like one you might see on tv in a subway commercial ?
The food was fine. However, when I asked for the Wi-Fi password, I was told no. He said something about the manager, so I assume that meant only the manager has the Wi-Fi password and he wasnât there at the time.

This is my favorite subway. I've tried a bunch and nobody does it the as good! The owner is fantastic and remembers me whenever I come in! If I could 10 stars I would!
