Ordered online, cuz I was in a rush, 2 12in subs. Got there, and they hadn't started making it, even though there was no one else there. The guy started making a pizza and a 6in sub. I had to point out what the ticket said. Terrible service, terrible attitude.

Very bad service. They need to fix their attitude and be kind or smile at least. If they are having bad day dormant mean you need to ruin it for everyone else. This kind of service will never attract customers. It’s very visible that no one was there and they just playing phone cuz of boredom. Worst service I’ve received probably in my life. Never go there. Food court has much better options and service!!

I'm really hoping one of the managers or higher ups sees this review and does something to fix this issue. I had an incident with one of the employees flirting with me and asking me personal questions, such as if I had a boyfriend. It was all said in a flirtatious kind of way, which made me really uncomfortable and made it clear it was more than just simple small talk. I used to go to this subway all the time because I work in the mall, but now I don't want to go back because of this, especially because that particular employee is there almost every time I've gone. This is a big issue because this restaurant was one of the only places that I could get for my lunch every day. Please fix this issue.

Worst subway I have ever been to. I asked for 26 inch meatball marinara's with pepperoni slices and American cheese. They continue to make my sandwich without the meatballs. They literally just stuck the pepperoni and cheese on by the time it came out of the toaster. I asked where the meatballs well because I was so busy focusing on my daughter that I didn't notice until it came out of the toaster that they were no meatballs. The guy looked at me and said that's not what you ordered. That's exactly what I ordered. Why would I order bread with just pepperoni and cheese? That makes no sense he continue to argue with me telling me what I ordered. I know what I ordered whatever he said I ordered. I don't even know what that is. He got very mad that he had to remake my order continuing to remake my order once they started making it correctly I noticed that the meatballs and the marinara sauce were very dark very very dark, the sandwich was burnt, not from it being toasted, but because the marinara and the meatballs were overcooked to the point where they are so dark and burnt the staff is very rude, inappropriate the food was just disgusting, I would never go to the subway ever again if I could leave zero stars, I would Subway honestly has completely and utterly went downhill. I would not be surprised if they started to shut down. Subway needs to realize it's not the only sub shop in America anymore. There are better sub shops and subway and more healthier subway. It's just a downfall waiting to happen all in all.

Messed up the order and gave me the wrong bread. Meatball sub was asked to be on Italian cheese bread gave me white which he kept saying is Italian bread. Refused to fix it despite me telling him it was on the wrong bread. Was in a hurry otherwise I wouldn't have gotten it. Was a total disappointment as it was a soggy mess that im not certainanother type of bread could have fixed. I'll stick with Firehouse in the future.

This is a good Subway overall as Subways go. The staff is friendly and professional. The food is good (as Subways go), and they remember you , even after long absences. I give only 4 stars because the bathroom is always in really bad shape and tables not clean

I got charged over $10 for a 6 inch sub. On the receipt it said they added extra bacon. It was a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and I did not ask for extra bacon at all (there was only one piece total). When I tried to get them to take it off the receipt, they said they didn’t understand English which is bs because we were communicating just fine before. I miss the guy that used to run this place. I think I’ll try the food court next time. Way too overpriced and unfair.

Terrible place and employees. Ordered multiple subs and they left meat almost completely off every sandwich. When we called to ask if they've changed serving size or something the worker ignored us. Feel like walking down there and tossing these trash subs back over the counter.
