I was super irritated and annoyed with the subway. Also Do not order through the mobile app. I placed an order on the app. and then even called to clarify the order bc in the app you’re only allowed so many characters for additional info. They didn’t follow any of the directions- added ingredients I didn’t ask for and I also paid for double cheese and it wasn’t added. Just go to the store. Or go somewhere else.

I wanted a sandwich at 9:55 Tuesday night & he stayed open for me to get there by 10:00. He let me in & made my sandwich perfect ! Yayy for him & thank you !!!

I had to try three different locations to be able to find all my favorites, they had all of my favorite choices, the right bread, the right cheese, the right cookie… along with great service.

Would have been complete zeros, but in order to leave a review, you must include a rate.However ,at work working a long shift did a mobile order for delivery receive my order to find that the two different types of cookies ordered were all in one box which is strange, because I thought I was missing an item, contact the store to inform them that one of the coworkers here have allergies of an item that has been package with another item requested a refund and or replacement where I was than told NO !Which was completely bizarre to me because they’re two different types of cookies and again and individual here has an allergy to the raspberries. Why would you put all the cookies in one box doesn’t makes sense at all. No wonder they have a three rating stay away from here if you are wanting to play Russian roulette with your life.
