Employee was beyond rude the moment i even entered. He clearly saw me enter and wait at the counter then picked up a clipboard and walked away. When he comes back in sight, he holds up his hand signaling me to wait a few more minutes. After he takes my order, he puts an excessive amount of mayonnaise to the point its dripping off of the sandwich into my lap. I also ordered two cookies and ended uo with rock hard cookies. This restaurant is not fresh or friendly and i will not be returning

This is from the last two times I ordered from them via Doordash. Doordash was great so no issues there.The first time, I ordered a Steak and Cheese sub, it was more like a Lettuce Sandwich.Yesterday, I ordered the All American Club and first bite, hair in the Sandwich. I instantly threw it away. I probably won't be going to Subway again...at least not that one. Also, I don't have any hair. I'm bald. They probably need to wear hairnets.

The worst customer service I have ever received. The lady was so hateful and acted like it was the worst thing she’s ever had to do to wait on me. I asked her a question she answered and went in the back to drink something and left me standing there waiting to order. Unreal.

Horrible it’s not clean there is a pile of tables and a fridge cooler in the middle of the floor from a remodel done a month ago never moved the floor under it is covered in dust makes me wonder about the kitchen

They scam customers with coupons yesterday I took a coupon for two free sandwiches and they charged me nine dollars and when I look at my bank account the total price was 21 dollars they are thieves
Horrible. Had a coupon, the Woman acted like she didn’t know how to use it and just shrugged me off and was getting impatient when I was trying to show her how to use it! (Said on it how a cashier would ring it up) Only going to the one closer to my house from now on! They are much nicer and would honor a UNIVERSAL Subway coupon!

Went to have a sandwich at the subway inside walmart hermitage tn about 2 pm ish central time and the woman behind the counter didnt have her mask up. I didnt go in. I think its very important for businesses to keep their masks on.
