This is from the last two times I ordered from them via Doordash. Doordash was great so no issues there.The first time, I ordered a Steak and Cheese sub, it was more like a Lettuce Sandwich.Yesterday, I ordered the All American Club and first bite, hair in the Sandwich. I instantly threw it away. I probably won't be going to Subway again...at least not that one. Also, I don't have any hair. I'm bald. They probably need to wear hairnets.

Rude employees and NOt good to door dash from. Does NOT have a phone at all so don't try to call any number on here. It doesn't exist. Pretty sure that's not legal but just not a great place to go. Not professional at all.

This place is horrible! Every time I go and ask for a certain bread they hold up the white bread. That's your only choice. The lady by behind the counter always has earbuds in and more concerned in talking on her phone. There were no napkins straws or lids for your cup. And the place look very unsanitary. I would've given zero stars but it won't let you continue unless you pick at least one.

The worst customer service I have ever received. The lady was so hateful and acted like it was the worst thing she’s ever had to do to wait on me. I asked her a question she answered and went in the back to drink something and left me standing there waiting to order. Unreal.

In previous visits I have always received great service and food, but last Thursday and again yesterday it was awful. During last week's visit even though there were at least 8 people in line the Subway employee stopped to take a personal call for a least 3-4 minutes before returning and then was very rude afterward. Yesterday I visited after completing my Wal Mart shopping and waiting at least 20 minutes with no one coming out to the front counter. Finally the Walmart associate hollers out for someone to come . One she came out she proceeded to finish her bag out chips while looking at me with extreme disgust.I gave my order which was super easy a plain ham and cheese sandwich and she did not speak one word to me while continuing to look irritated and disgusted. This location is super convenient as it is located inside of Walmart and in the past I've gotten amazing service so I'm going to give it one more try but sometimes attitude and service overrides convenience. I really hope it was just a couple of isolated incidents.

Horrible it’s not clean there is a pile of tables and a fridge cooler in the middle of the floor from a remodel done a month ago never moved the floor under it is covered in dust makes me wonder about the kitchen
They scam customers with coupons yesterday I took a coupon for two free sandwiches and they charged me nine dollars and when I look at my bank account the total price was 21 dollars they are thieves

Horrible. Had a coupon, the Woman acted like she didn’t know how to use it and just shrugged me off and was getting impatient when I was trying to show her how to use it! (Said on it how a cashier would ring it up) Only going to the one closer to my house from now on! They are much nicer and would honor a UNIVERSAL Subway coupon!

Better than many we have been too, she seemed to care. Always get the tuna and she tried the pizza and it was ok though thick and should be cooked longer.

Went to have a sandwich at the subway inside walmart hermitage tn about 2 pm ish central time and the woman behind the counter didnt have her mask up. I didnt go in. I think its very important for businesses to keep their masks on.
