This is the best location. Staff is so thoughtful. Sometimes I come in late after work, and they never make me feel rushed or unwelcome. I’ve noticed they even give out free sandwiches near closing time, to avoid wasting food!!

This Subway has the greediest owners I've ever met.. Employees usually take my coupon but then owners are there they say they don't accept them.. Didn't visit there for almost a year. Then went back today and had a coupon and was told they won't make it the way it's supposed to be made because I have a coupon and they need to give me less on the sandwich so they can make their money back. If you're so worried about 75 cents, you're in the wrong business!! Just rude and uncooperative. Go somewhere else

Okay so I don't know what just happend. But the Indian lady in their was so rude and disrespectful and kept making snippy remarks and rasing her voice at customers while they're trying to order and then proceeded to just hold customers food with a ignorant facial expression when we already paid. I understand she was trying to make multiple sandwiches. She also huffed and puffed after us saying that we wanted just a wrap then proceeded to make 2 wraps when we asked for 1. She at the end of the day needs to be talked too.

Just go to a different location. I don't understand the interaction I just had lol. I was the only one in the store and just got random toppings put on the sandwich? And even when I said what I wanted it was ignored?
I usually come to this store on my way home cause it’s convenient. But I think yesterday was my last stop at this location. Everytime I come in the older Indian lady always makes snarky remarks in her language to the other lady. But yesterday was IT for me. She made the comment to the lady saying I was “trying to look black” excuse me ??! I asked her to repeat herself & she acted like she had no clue but I CLEARLY heard her say it. Like what ? I had on a long sleeve white shirt, Nike sweats & Nikes lol I’m sorry I don’t walk around covering my head & face to please rude headstrong men who think they superior to every woman. This lady must help run this store & has been there for many years so I don’t see her losing her job anytime soon. But if you want business, specially in the middle of hermitage with a lot of diverse cultures, I’d watch what you say to or around your customers. & really at the end of the day, this lady had no idea what ethnicity I was & still made a comment like that. What if I was a black female ? Or mixed etc ? You should be ashamed of yourself lady.

We called in advance to see if they honored coupons. They said yes. Get there and they put restrictions on the coupons that are not listed on the coupons themselves. I’ve been to enough Subways in the area lately to make the decision to save my money and go to the grocery store and make my own sandwiches. It is not worth the hassle and disrespect. I’m done with them and I promise I will not even miss them.
