This was by far the worst Subway I’ve ever visited. I found a large piece of plastic in my food, and when I brought it to the manager’s attention, they were unable to communicate clearly and offered no real assistance. Extremely disappointing experience.

If there was a zero (0) it would have been left. Stopped at 7:40pm and the lady ran to the door saying we closed despite the time online and on the door said 9:00 and they usually always are. Meanwhile 2 individuals were sitting inside eating. She is always rude she always has the most hateful attitude towards you like your existence is a bother to her.

If you are a person of color stay away from this business and I would follow that up to say pretty much anyone. I came in and had a conversation basically with myself as the customer service was non-existent. I'm just going to say this the girl was touching the computer taking cash not changing her gloves and on top of that she yelled at me when I mentioned that I had a coupon to wait until she was ready like I'm some kind of child, stay away. I also get some racist vibes so just be careful

I came in and a couple working behind the counter who are of Indian descent stared at me with the most condescending look I think I've ever received. I don't know if they have something against people of color but it certainly seems so as I have no idea what I did to offend the girl and then she's talking on the phone in another language which I'm sure was about me all the while not paying attention to me. Whether you're white black doesn't matter either way the employees are very inappropriate and the owner which I have spoken to is the exact same way they're actually family

Owners had their doors open everything was lit an hour before stated closing. The owner kicked me out saying we're closing early. I drove here 10 minutes. Very insulated.

The service was slow, the lady making my sandwich forgot one of my subs all together, and the coupon machine didn't take my coupon even though it met all the criteria, the card scanned wasn't working and the cashier was condescending assuming it didn't have any balance

The sandwiches here are decent but they let them freeze the produce so its not actually fresh. They also charge the normal cups if you want water and unfortunately I dont support businesses that charge for basic human needs. I will not be coming back

I order from this location all the time. I go to pick up a bowl, asked for extra meat, and make it turkey. So my bowl should have roast beef & turkey. NO TURKEY, all roast beef. Ask for BAJA CHIPOTLE SAUCE, no SAUCE. Call when I get home, and the person tells me, I DON'T THINK SO! I'm sorry, DID YOU JUST TELL ME YOU DON'T THINK SO? Who lies about sauce, and the extra meat not being right? I'm so pissed! I will NOT go back to that location. They hire the wrong people!
