The sandwiches here are decent but they let them freeze the produce so its not actually fresh. They also charge the normal cups if you want water and unfortunately I dont support businesses that charge for basic human needs. I will not be coming back

I order from this location all the time. I go to pick up a bowl, asked for extra meat, and make it turkey. So my bowl should have roast beef & turkey. NO TURKEY, all roast beef. Ask for BAJA CHIPOTLE SAUCE, no SAUCE. Call when I get home, and the person tells me, I DON'T THINK SO! I'm sorry, DID YOU JUST TELL ME YOU DON'T THINK SO? Who lies about sauce, and the extra meat not being right? I'm so pissed! I will NOT go back to that location. They hire the wrong people!

This place is the best one on Murfreesboro pike. Don't have to ask for more toppings like at the other locations. The pretzels are amazing! The employees are polite, also work together as a team, with smiles on their faces.Only thing is the back of the chairs need some cleaning.

This subway doesn't honor coupons! I was told by an employee that the owner told them not to accept any coupons, so I had her get the owner on the phone, and I explained that I know that a franchise business has to stick to strick guidelines and can't make up their own rules, so he told the employee to double my food but he didn't refund me money. I was using the coupon for 3 subs for 17.99. This was about a month ago, so yesterday I went in with my coupon 2 subs for 12.99 I think and they acted like it would scan, so I left and went to the Bell road location and there was no problem. I watched the guy scan the coupon and then enter a code for the discount. So I got on the phone with corporate and reported them. That owner is driven by greed and needs to be shut down or fined for treating customers that way. That store is a high volume store! If this happens to you go to the corporate website and report it what he's doing is illegal

The worst customer service ever. I went in yesterday and my toddler dropped her sandwich on the floor when I was getting my drink. The employees refused to make her another one. She had taken one bite out of it. They said the owner would be mad if they made her another one, which I don’t get. It was a kid’s sandwich. They demanded that I purchased another one. Maybe I didn’t have extra money after spending 25 dollars the first time. I emailed the owner and all he had to say was I’ll get with my team. They also allowed another person to harass customers and didn’t ask them to leave.

I go in with a coupon for 3 foot longs for $17.99. It does not say on the coupon u can not get chicken, steak , bacon, or roast beef. With this coupon. I always get Philly cheesesteak subs here with my coupons an Albert a worker in there says, with the coupon the manager says u can Only get turkey, tuna, meatball, ham, cold cut, pepperoni, an salami. I said that’s terrible. What’s the purpose of a coupon to Subway an u can’t use it on what u want. I was not planning on going back to that location again. Never had that problem b4

First I wanted to share that this location don't not use coupons on any of the sandwiches which in the coupons it does not specific which sandwiches. Also today I went got 6 inch steak and cheese who was there did not put much meat in the sandwiches I told him that's too little add more so he did but ended up charging me extra meat which in the first place he didn't put much to begin with. First time coming to this location and will be my last thanks to the staff and not using my coupons.
