SUBWAY IS EVEN BETTER than before‼️ I'm delighted to have SWISS Cheese available! The Italian Bread is crispy outside & soft inside, full flavor., Toppings always fresh and crisp.

Kinjal at this location is always friendly and remembers our orders, extra pickles! She is helpful, nice and the food is always exactly what I expect.

I was just here yesterday 8/16/2025. My friend and I both ordered a turkey club, we both mentioned how everything (vegetables) were viewable but the meat section was not. We thought it was kinda weird and not normal at all. Not even 24hrs later I begin to have food poisoning symptoms. I had not ate anything else outside subway that day. Throwing up every couple of hours and diarrhea. I have never experienced this from any type of subway. This place should be shut down based on my experience and many others stated below. DO NOT GO HERE!

After going to the store for several years I made friends with or at least I thought I made friends with the workers inside. In the past we've had issues with them not changing out gloves after handling money and I would mention it to her and ask them nicely and they would put on fresh gloves but if you don't pay attention then you're likely getting used gloves. Today was the most awful experience and I will be following up with the CDC the health department and my lawyer that's how bad it is. So I go in today and there's a very heavy smell of paint almost to the point where I had an instant headache I said are you painting back there she said no it's them next door. I didn't think much about it ordered my food still had to go to the grocery store unload groceries walk the dogs so on and so forth I finally get to the sandwich and chips and it might be the mustard starting to go bad so I did take a second bite in which I could definitely taste the paint then my mouth throat and stomach started burning and my heart started beating rapidly. I spit out the last bite into the bag which would have been my third and my girlfriend who came up to take a bite ask me why it tasted like paint and she had no idea of the situation. I went back up to the store at that point it had been about an hour to an hour and a half I still had the sandwich in whole minus the 3rd I told her you can't serve this food it has paint on it. She wanted to run her mouth about me acting like I wanted a refund which I didn't even mention she said you bought it at 3:00 and now you show back up at 5:00 this is how she responded to me I said well what difference does that make the sandwich is still right here so she gets the owner on the phone and they start talking their language that I can't understand which is very unprofessional because what is there to hide speak English neither one of them had any trouble speaking English. Not only did they refuse to give me a refund which I have never asked for complained about anything as far as the food goes anything as a matter of fact she used to smile at me when I came in and knows me personally. Out of the three years that I've been going there never have I complained about any food issue nor have I tried to return anything. I know for a fact that they own the store on Bell Road as well and they charge about $3 more for the same sandwich at this location. I explained to the owner very calmly what the situation was and she was very disrespectful. My main concern was not the money but the health concerns. What if a child gets ahold of that and it's too much for their system. With that being said they refused to give me a refund for what reason I have no idea other than the fact that they just can and the owner after I said I will report this to the health department this food can't be served to people it needs to be completely cleaned out to resolve the paint issue this is what she says do what you do and so I will my advice is don't go there because I promise you she has talked about people that didn't have enough money to pay for their food mostly of people of color and then has the nerve to give it to me instead of the person that needed it which I walked back out and gave it to her behind their back. She doesn't care to wear clean gloves after handling money or cleaning in the back if you decide to go there and you get sick it's on you just know that you have been warned! I have added a picture of the sandwich I will not add the part that has been spit out I believe that's unnecessary but this is what I received for $20 besides a burnt throat.

I came into the store yesterday and it smelled like they were painting inside it was very strong so strong that I couldn't stay in there long enough to make an order. I asked the lady behind the counter and she was rude to me and talk to me like I wasn't a customer she was very rude. After a short conversation my friend and I left the store without any food

Ordered the app and they didn’t pay attention to any of the special details including, Put the wrong cheese on my sandwich, Leaving off items I specifically requested and paid for, And only using half of the meat other locations usually use. My daughter got a BLT foot long and it had 4 Scrawny pieces of bacon. A complete waste of money, do not go here. This is the worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had. Go to A non-franchise location because this is not it.

This family is making SUBWAY a shame, the sandwish are 60% less meat (i know other SUBWAY restaurants meats amount ) every family members treat customer bad , we can't buy a COMBO ( soda and chips ) becouse the sodas machine is broke for 1 year , wish is the biggest lie and make you buy a bottle of soda and that way the chips are more spencive . When you want a SUBWAY just drive 1.5 mile and get what you pay

Ordered online, both my sandwiches were wrong. When I asked for them to be fixed, the lady told me I would have to pay extra. Tables were all dirty, floor was sticky.

The woman behind the counter couldn't speak en̈glish and barely could understand it. She was RUDE and loud. The 2 footlongs & 3 dippers cost $36. It wasn't worth half of that. I scraped off the little bit of meat (it was suspposed to be a Philly #1) and threw the bread away. One jalopena on the whole sandwich. The other footlong was supposed to be a #3 Philly with bacon. There was NO bacon at all on it. We had them bake it. It was the absolute worst subway in Davidson County. We went there because it was in the UPS store strip mall & it was convenient. NEVER again!! We've eaten at different Subways and they were fine.

Dirty and Disgusting and that's including the food, place, and their attitude. Franchise or not, I'll be reporting this location to corporate. I'm sure Subway does not want to be represented in this way. They are ruining their business like they ruined Dunkins in the past.
