Customer service from the i guess manager was terrible. How can you not honor a coupon for that location? Because it didn't have a scan on it he would not honor my coupon. What did you do before QR codes and scans?. If you're using coupons from a SaveAround Nashville coupon book, don't go to this location. I won't be back.

I went in to try their spicy nacho chicken sub. I told the lady and she was totally clueless on how to make it and she did not put any nacho cheese on it and there was a bottle of sauce that said "ask about me" and she could tell what kind of sauce it was either. I also had a coupon but I didn't use because I did not want stress me and her out any further.

the open sign was on just now and that it doesn’t close until 9:30…i got there before 9 and the 1 worker in there locked the door with the open sign on…i will not be going back to this location due to poor management

and my family visited this place and was expecting great service, but what we received was just the opposite. We walked in and mentioned that we had a $6.99 coupon and w would an Italian BMT footlong, but with different veggies on one end of the. The guy who we think was the manager told us, it would have to be a build your own sub, even though we wanted less veggies. My price ended up being double what I wanted to pay, being a loyal supporter of Subway, I wanted to tell him to keep the sandwich, but I decided to keep it. I mentioned to the gentleman, normally at other Subway stations they take the coupon and charge me $6.99 , he said "not here". This will be the last time I will visit this store. Please visit another store if you except great service and friendly customer service, you will not get it here.

I come in to a guy spitting in a cup. Not washing hands or ANYTHING. Then the other guy acts like he’s bothered that I’m even there. End of the process I ask can he put some vinegar in a cup on the side, refuses to do that. TERRIBLE experience. Guarantee I’ll just go down to the Publix location next time.

Long story short don’t wast your time here it’s not worth it nor your money. I walk into a dead about to close subway and ask for a salad when going to pick my meat the glass was not see through so picking based on quality is not a choice. I then decide rotisserie chicken. I know this may be hard to believe but I promise when I say she literally put 4 shreds of chicken in the container and shows me it saying, “ one scoop is this, two scoops is 2.50$ more” ???? I about died I literally turned around and left instantly because I’ve never been to a subway where that was the amount. Total scam!! Typical of this area.
