For people using the subway app to order their sandwiches, remember that this subway may require you to pay for a ticket in order to access it. I would have left one star, but the security lady was very nice and let me go through for free.

Worst service. Avoid.

Overpriced bland food. Captive audience so they can do that. If you want food while at the science center, you have no other choice. Ditch Subway and put in Firehouse Subs. I haven’t had Subway for a few years and this was a great reminder why. Evidently there are options for the kids meals (cookies) that aren’t listed on the menu so you don’t know. The employees were less than efficient and communicative.

It was not my first visit to this Subway inside the science center, but yesterday was the worst service I've ever had. The gentlemen who asked what kind of sub I wanted was friendly, but ultimately, he gave me the wrong sub and I did not notice until I went to eat it. He gave me the Italian bread when I asked for 9 grain. I asked for the cold cut combo. I don't know myself what all the meats are in it, but I like it so I order it. He then asked me specifically what meats I wanted, and I guessed that turkey and ham were in it, and some salami. My daughter and I were sharing a footlong, and she said she wanted pepperoni instead. When we got up to pay the lady mumbled and asked if I had pepperoni on it, which I did. The price seemed high, but I assumed she knew what she was doing. I had also asked for the drink and chips added to the order, and an extra cup of water for me. My total came to $15.61. As I was about to leave and my daughter had grabbed a cup for a drink at the fountain, she told me she did not charge me for the drink and said I only wanted water. I told her no, I asked for the drink and chips and then a water. She insisted I hadn't paid. So my friend in line told her to just charge it to her. When I sat down, I looked at the bill and she had rung me up for a pepperoni sub (my daughter only had some on half her sub) and then charged me extra for turkey and ham. I definitely overpaid. It was a busy line, so I did not want to dispute it, and the lady was not very friendly either. Then I realized I had the wrong bread. Another friend of mine sitting across from me said she had trouble with one of the women taking the order. She has four children and they don't go to Subway often, so they were trying to decide. The woman kept rushing them and repeating, "What do you want?" She said she was clearly irritated. It is a Subway in a children's museum. They should expect that kids aren't going to know what they want right away. Clearly, all of the employees at this Subway need to be trained in communication. They also should know what makes a coldcut. Besides, don't work there if you don't have patience for kids. I've eaten at this Subway before because it's more convenient when visiting the museum, but next time I am thinking I will just pack a lunch and be inconvenienced. The manager has recently reached out to me and will address it.

Every time my family and I are in Nashville we make sure to stop! They have something for everyone! EVERYONE! But upon stopping at subway I decided to try their flavored teas. Every single one had black specks and hair in it. I don't recommend trying them.

Younger kids working here that seem to about have their fill of all of the children. Employees were short and curt so I did not even try the food, we just left.

This subway is a nice and clean place to eat.

If you have toddlers-10 year old kids it's great. Basically it's a big indoor playground. Not much for adults. Not even in the gift shop. St louis' and Chicago's science centers are amazing for all ages with incredible gift shops. (St Louis is close enough to day-trip to). We tried the Queen laser show and it was basically the same as a 1990s computer screen saver with more spinning. If you do enjoy visiting science centers when vacationing, the membership pass is worth it as it's valid in many cities. Not much more money than two adult tickets..

This was a really fun stop for our family and 3 kiddos while we were in Nashville. There's something fun for all ages. It's educational and fun at the same time. They open really early which is an awesome bonus for people trying to squeeze in as much activity in one day while vacationing as they can like us. The cost wasn't too bad either. We spent about 2 hours there although we definitely could have spent more if it weren't for our cranky infant. The exhibits are really interactive so the kids got into it a lot. There is even a play area for 5 year Olds and under so that if they need to do a little more low key activities they can. All my kids loved it!

This was a fun stop not only for kiddos but adults too. My husband and I had just as much fun interacting with the exhibits as my 4 and 16yo did! The Universe, Physics, The Body, Light and Sound... they pack these exhibits in and keep them extremely interactive. We had a ton of fun in the lights/video area before we escaped over to the Body.... full of gross bodily function facts but perfect for an educational visit. The small food court upstairs houses a frozen yogurt area and a subway. I slammed a lemonade because no food/drink is allowed out in the main area, it was good and economical! Lots of healthy snacks for kiddos. We did not check out the gift shop but we did have to climb all over the HUGE jungle gym in the middle of the building, 3 or 4 stories tall! Your going kid could easily get lost in here so I'd recommend going in with them. There's also a station with a wristband and opportunity to write your name/number in case your kiddo gets lost- and it's free! Overall, it was a fun hour visit. We had reciprocal passes with our local museum (we were visiting Nashville) so remember to take advantage of this perk if it applies to you!

This place is a lot of fun and really creates a hands on experience for science. The price is totally worth it, so if you're in the area make some time to go. The building is massive with activities covering 3 floors (the 3rd shouldn't really count as it's an open space with views of Nashville). While there is a lot to do, I feel like they could have even more activities as there was quite a bit of emptiness to some parts of the museum. My daughter loved the VR activities, especially the moonwalk, but be prepared to wait 30 minutes + for a 60 second walk. There is a food court on the second floor with subway and a frozen yogurt shop, both clean and delicious. Restrooms are easily found and for the most part super clean, especially with SO many school groups visiting.

This was a fun museum for the kids. Lots of interesting places, especially the section on the human body. The space one was woefully inadequate though, they could have added more stuff on it. Although the night sky room was nice. Overall a fun place to be for about 3 or 4 hours
