The manager here always has an attitude when he's fixing your order. I made an online order to use the coupon while in the store, and he told me I could sit while he made my order. I said I would like my order made in a certain order. So he commences to start the vegetables, and I call out what I want, and he wants to look at the ticket. I said again, I want my vegetables in a certain order. I began to call them out, so he's getting mad. Is that something to get mad over?
I tell him if you don't want to work, then let someone else do it. You always have an attitude when someone uses a coupon. He told me I could go somewhere else, and I told him I will when I see him here. I'm like all this because I want the vegetables in a certain order. Customer service is not there at this location at all when he's there. The other workers are pleasant and don't mind, but he is the only one that always has a problem.

This location is so hit or miss The new guy they hired does not care at all. Someones sandwich is very skimp or wrong, other times its great. Also please get some bigger bags or stop putting footlongs in the small bags, we cant carry it so just stop

This is the 3rd flat bread sandwich Ive ordered where the flatbread was not toasted before the meat/veggies were put on top. When I worked at Subway we had to always toast the flatbread no exceptions , things must have changed
I ordered through the app and they did a terrible job on my sandwich, I asked for double meat and didn't get any and other condiments. They just gave me a regular sandwich even though I paid extra for other stuff.
They gave me a weird look as if they knew they did a terrible job on purpose, bad vibes avoid this place at all costs!

This used to be the best Subway around. I would drive past another Subway to get to this one. Unfortunately, their latest employee hire has tainted the whole experience here. She makes up her own rules outside of what is printed on the coupon. She appears to have some kind of mini power trip that manifests itself at the register. I have had two interactions with her and both were markedly negative. She appears to like/crave drama and conflict. I will switch restaurants until she moves on.

i was rudely greeted by a lady with a nasty eye infection and she would continue to use dirty tools and fix her shirt while making my food while the other workers were talking in the back.
