The staff working at this place is rude and so unprofessional. I had come a couple of times here only for to go orders. I usually come with my little puppy and every time I come with her I hold her as I don’t like her to walk around anywhere. Since it is to go, it’s just and in and out. The staff has never given issues about that. However, they are usually lost, you have to repeat the orders or they usually get something wrong. This last time I was there, there was a lady who was so rude from the getgo; right when I came in, she yelled no dogs allowed in a very mean way. I told her that I usually come with my dog just to get to go. She kept saying no dogs allowed but in a very rude way. First, you don’t treat customers like that, second it’s just a miserable order to go, third there were just two customers, one eating and they other one on the way out. I was like well, you won’t get a purchase from me. This is not the way to treat customers. No wonder, why they have been having the hiring sign for a long time. It seems like there is a terrible management and they might be paying a very low salary to employees. How sad!

Asked for a simple swap out of turkey instead of ham on 3 Italian bmt. Was told after the sandwiches were paid for that there is a upcharge for doing that so I was fine with paying what should have been a small upcharge (which I've never had to do in the past). Menu shows a .30 price difference between turkey and ham but was charged over $2.25 for each switch out. That is absolute robbery when all they are doing is changing out a meat. I was fine with paying a difference but $2.25 for whats a .30 difference on menu is stupidity at its finest. Will not be returning to this poorly managed location

This restaurant does not honor coupons. They will up charge you even if they make your sandwich wrong. Please beware on this location on Bell Rd.I had a coupon for a footlong for 5.99. They told me that the chicken bacon ranch sub that I got did not qualify for the discount. Due to it being made by the sandwich artist with rotisserie chicken ( after the sandwich, artist told me that it comes with rotisserie chicken). They said, since I'm using a coupon, I could not use the coupon on the rotisserie chicken after the sandwich artist made it. They said I should have presented the coupon first and not at time of payment. I informed the cashier that the sandwich artist made it wrong and he informed me that I would still have to pay full price for his employees mistake. Please do not eat at this restaurant.

What used to be a decent sandwich for a good price is now a very thin filled sandwich and their prices have gone up. No unsweet tea. Sucks.

I feel like subway possibly changed their bacon… or this location didn’t prepare it correctly. It was extremely salty and it looked like it was pre cooked bacon, but that they didn’t heat it in store. It looked like teens were working and it’s not their fault if they didn’t know to heat the bacon but then management needs to train them better before letting them prepare food for people themselves. Overall it just wasn’t good food..

Just left this subway and bought a meal. I got cookies with my meal I didn’t even pull out the parking when I realized the cookies were hard as rocks, so I go Inside and asks could I exchange my cookies for chips since these were hard. The girl said she had to wait and ask a manager so I tell the same thing to the manager he says no cause you’ve already touched them but I’m like these are inedible. He goes what do you want me to do about it?? I said either replace these with fresh cookies or exchange them for some chips like size what? So he rolls his eyes while walking off from me and says just take the chips. Baby he too rude for me! Unacceptable behavior for a manager!
