Worst experience with a subway.To start things off the website wouldn’t let me order online and the girl in the restaurant wouldn’t honor my BOGO50. Then she charged me 13.50 for a sub that is listed on the website at $11. This is crazy and I can see why this location has a 3* rating.

Denied bathroom service unless I was a confirmed paying customer, which I was. Denied a second time for bathroom service after confirming I was in fact a paying customer due to it being closed. Looks like they were ready for closing and did not want to inconvenient themselves with allowing my child and I use the bathroom. Very inconvenient considering my child is 5 years of age. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

All around bad experience. Food was horrible and I actually heard the owner and employee have a conversation about how the owner hates homeless people and thinks they are discussing and wish none of them ever came in to her businesses. I was referred to as weird guy and got glares and more hostility the longer I sat. I am homeless. And i am a very clean and respectful kind person. And don't have a lot of money. So when I spend it I would at least like a nice person making my food. Not only avoid this place but run the f*ck away. Thanx

I been going to this location for years and let me tell you, the subs are made with love here, ain’t no other subway be hitting this hard. The staff are friendly and welcoming and they treat you like family. I would highly recommend this place and it is a great place to bulk up on calories or cut.

They have an amazing staff! They’re very friendly and caring. I’ve been to multiple Subway locations in the area, but always come back to this one because their subs always taste the best! Another plus is that it’s always really clean!!

By far the most friendliest and cleanest Subway that I have been to in Nashville. The owners and the staff here are always so nice and talkative when you walk in the door, if you want great service go here!
