Had to call about 15 times BEFORE 9PM when the store closed to try and tell them I accidentally placed my order at the wrong store (I live off of old hickory Blvd... The one 30mins from here) and she finally answered the phone to tell me she can't cancel or refund the order because she's closed... At like 8:50 when she finally decided to answer the phone. Can anyone tell me how to get my money back? Can't believe this person was so rude to me

would leave 0 stars if I could 😀 I placed an online order at the wrong place and called to ask for a refund and she refused to even speak to me when I tried to explain to her and she hung up ! one of the worst costumer services I have ever experience honestly lol

Dirtiest place ive ever been to, very rude employee. Found hair in the veggies while the lady was making it and i pointed it out. And she told me no theres no hair when i told her she was very rude and didnt even apologize or show that what happened was wrong, she was talking rudely and when i told her that i wanted this kind of bread she just said no im not making your sandwich wait until i call you. Very bad service and very dirty place. Last time i ever go to subway, only go there is you wanna be treated rudely and eat dirty food. The lady that was “serving” us looks like shes in her 40s.

Employee refused to give me and my wifes 2 serperate orders when showing them the receipt only after 10 minutes of arguing with her and threatening to call the police did she gives us the order and claimed the reason she didnt want to give us our order is because someone stole sandwiches from her earlier today which is not our problem just because she is to ignorant to check other's receipts doesnt mean she needs to take out her stupidity on me and my wife. I WILL BE CONTACTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT I VIDEOED THE INTERACTION!!!!!

The lady working here is not very helpful, has an attitude, never smiles, is always complaining and makes you feel like you shouldn’t have been here for your food. She will make sure that you won’t leave the place without being unhappy. This has happened with me and my wife multiple times at different time, we kept going back thinking maybe she had a bad day last time, but each time it’s the same story. Also we kept going coz it’s really close to our residence, but never again now. I wish I had a number where I could talk about this with someone like the owner of the place so that I could explain better than writing words. Still making an attempt, posting a review maybe it will help other customers!

I've gone here often due to my job being within a 10min drive from here, but, I will not be coming back!

I've never had an issue with the overall service or the cafeteria-like atmosphere because the only time I ate in there was when I first started working at my job well over a decade ago. Now, it's been an in-and-out sort of deal.

However, I went in here to try to save a few dollars because I forgot my lunch at home. I intentionally didn't get a straw with my drink (lemonade) because I was going to pop the top off and chug anyway. Well, thank god for that!

When I popped the top off, I was met with big black chunks in my drink. I could tell it was not a bug or two, but I was not about to fish out the black stuff to figure out what it was. I instantly threw everything away and went to a convenience store that serves wings. Thus, spending the same amount I wanted to avoid spending on lunch.

The grumpy man working there got mad at us because they got our order wrong. We can tell he was already angry entering the restaurant and his way of talking to us. He cursed at us while we were leaving the restaurant. Clown service.

Horrible ! My parents and I jut ordered food from here and the food was horrible! The serving sizes were lack there of ! Literally mine was mostly bread ! They didn’t have tea and only had bottled water . I would never pay for a sub again from there

Horrible Customer Service. He's very very rude and accuses people of stealing when he gives you the wrong order. All of our orders get "lost in the computer" and we don't get any help.
