I ordered online on 04/05/2024 with an estimated time of 2:05 PM with the order being ready. When I arrived, the door to the building was locked. I stood there for ten to fifteen minutes - attempting to call the store and seeing other patrons try to open the locked door. I banged on the door in case the door was accidentally locked. After standing there for a significant time, I had to leave for my scheduled activity. I tried to get a refund on the app and tried to call the store to no avail. Please refund my total order of $9.50. I do NOT want store credit or coupons as I don't plan on returning to Subway again.Additionally, this store is chronically understaffed and always has the heat extremely high. I've attempted to give it multiple opportunities as it's so close to my house. I've decided to part ways.

Everytime I order from them my order gets canceled, with a statement that the store is reported to be closed. I have called the store after incidents like that, and guess what... They were open!

its a very rare occasion for me to write a negative review for a restaurant, but this was awful. the older woman behind the counter was rude and would slam my things down for no apparent reason. i asked for a different cheese and things added and she completely ignored me… like stopped, looked at me, and continued on. AND my food was cold when i got it. i asked for it to be reheated and she acted like i just slapped her mom, just before slamming my food on the counter again after it was pulled out of the oven. i was trying to be polite as possible even though i was going through a terrible day, this just made my day worse. you couldn’t pay me to return to this location.

This location is awful! Legitimately one of the most horrendous experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The employees are just plain mean each time I go in the staff is just plain rude. I asked them to toast a sandwich for me and they flat out refused. Do not come here if you have the option go to literally any other Subway

Staff asked me for a tip. Tip-- ask your boss to give you more of their profits. And I believe it's actually family owned and run, so the staff member is basically the owner.... Tips are typically for establishments with full service dining. Also they don't take all the coupons on the flyer I receive in mailer. I'm not sure why you would own a franchise and not fully participate in the mailer system they offer. Owners would be better off opening their own shop and raising their own wages, not paying the franchise fee. The surrounding restaurants aren't franchises and do fine.
