I didn't like the service at all. The lady was really very rude. These were her specific words: "If you talk too much, don't come to my subway." And she doesn't use any hygiene safety while giving the meals. She rushed my order without properly cooking it and didn't change glooves. I would never again go to this subway and ask nobody to as well.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this Subway location. The employees were exceptionally rude and lacked proper customer service skills. We were served frozen chicken and were overcharged for fountain drinks we didn't even request.Overall don't go to this subway.

What all these people criticize is because they come to the store only to use the bathroom, it is not public and they neither greet nor ask permission, they enter as if it were their home.

I hardly eat subway but the one time I buy a sub for work everything went downhill. An hour after eating the sub I started to feel noxious and spiny then I ended up with a fever and food poisoning.
I went at 8pm. This place was sooooo clean. Food was great and the personal was very friendly.

Not sanitary and the lady that works there is very rude and does not take instructions properly. If the worker has a customer in front of another customer then said worker should finish with the customer order first not start a back and forth with the customer waiting.. Which is not part of her job description in making a sandwich and collecting a profit for said business. Having gloves on touching surfaces and preparing food is not to safe these days. Just 2 things that being up under a false sense of good service was not done with said customer but was done with one in front and the customer in the back. Disappointing. We stopped at this shabby Subway to bring lunch to the nearby Nashville Zoo on a warm Monday in March. Bad impression... our first clues were all the warning signs for parking at the store front and then customers need a key to get into the restrooms. When ordering subs, they seemed to be cheap on putting meat on the sub and had no Italian dressing or similar, for condiments. No salads either. Our subs were satisfying but wish we went elsewhere for lunch.
