Got here at 6:30pm on a Monday and the lights were off and it was locked. I liked this one because the staff actually spoke English and were friendly but I guess I was wrong. Got harassed by a man I assume who was the owner while I was taking these photos

Horrible customer service!! They literally were out of so many condiments, and I literally asked for an upgraded drink size which is literally .30 cents, the least they could have done was upgraded me for the inconvenience of being out of so many condiments, I was going to still eat the food, it the Jamaican guy was like no we are not going to do that, literally over a .30 cent, instead I said I want a refund for my food, after the food was already made, he literally had to throw the food away which costed the business way more than the .30 cents, absolutely horrible, 1 star customer service, literally costing the company more money.

As you may know, Subways are franchised. Thus particular store/location plays Christian music. I have a degree in religion, so I'm not anti religion or anti Christian, but in a diverse society made up of many ethnicities and religions, I find it wholly inappropriate to play any religious based music. In this case, to pople of other religions beleifs, it is not welcoming, and it's pushing a particular religion on people. I talked with a manager and he seemed unconcerned when I shared with him about the music, moreover, I told him I would not come back, he said that was okay.
This is one I will add to my BOYCOTT LIST!

The woman attending us told us that we had to wait 20 minutes but the place was completely empty.

Worst Subway I have ever been, the lady first wink at me trying to be nice but it was awkward . ? Then when I ordered my sandwich she gave me an old piece of bread i couldn’t even eat it was hard. I couldn’t return because i was back at work and on top of that I found a hair in my food…? Also, ice tea is horrible! Never going back!!!! First and last!!

This place is absolutely horrible when it comes to customers service on the night shift the older man African American wearing a black shirt I asked did you guys take coupons I already had knew about which ones weren’t included but he proceeded to tell me we don’t take them at all and when I said ok thanks and walked away he then said oh it’s because the time it’s to late ? How is it to late at 8pm? The system isn’t shut down yet if your doors are open . This person is loosing the company money ! I wouldn’t want someone like this working for me find someone better subway .
