I asked if I could use the restroom before I ordered. The guy gave me the key, but I couldn't use that restroom it was nasty, dirty, and disgusting, so I told him that I didn't use it because it was disgusting and dirty he was taking care of a customer so he raised his voice so the customer wouldn't be able to hear me I raised my voice too and I said "that toilet and the whole restroom was nasty and disgusting" they didn't have the AC on either and it was hotter than outside. They would never see me again in that place!

I was denied access to the restroom by an employee after buying a meal there because "it was out of order". I had to eat my meal without washing my hands and holding the need to use the restroom. I asked for access again and the employee was rude and gave me access after asking a third time. The restroom worked perfectly fine, it was obviously a lie. After using the restroom the employee refused to give me her name. So I'm adding a picture of her. The other employee defended her saying they do that so they don't have to clean after paying customers. I told them if they don't like their job they shouldn't be there. They were rude to me for no reason, so I was rude back to them. Thank you .

Before I order, I went to the restroom and it was locked. I asked if I could use the restroom before placing my order and the employee said. “We are waiting on a plumber” I ordered and then asking at least wash my hands? The employee stated no, and then stated yes, reluctantly. I went to wash my hands and there was nothing wrong with the bathroom. The employees they are just do not want to clean it or maintain it.

I've spent thousands at this location in the last 12 years. The slim Indian lady has pour customer service levels She racist. She has an attitude problem. She is very evil & recently for about 4 months. She gets on the phone talking to someone every time I come in..... I am offended & I feel threatened.......

I've been coming here for years & the manager always give me a rough time.They never have restroom access & the restrooms work for over nine months.I have been at this location for a long time.I tried to use a coupon today & the manager wouldn't do it. The manager doesn't respect loyal customers

Sooooo would love to leave a review about the food but the manager never got off the phone to help us! We let him know we were in a hurry to catch a movie and he put his finger up to us to let us know to hold on. We gave him another few minutes before we finally just walked out. Needless to say I will never go back where customers aren't the priority.

Absolutely the worst subway in history.. I just place an order online because it said they were open till 5pm walk all the way there and find out that they closed at 3pm.. Plus there is no way to speak to a live agent at Subway Customer service so not only am I broke and hungry I am out of the $10 I spent..

I was with a paying party, but forced to stand and wait then leave because I was not buying a sandwich. Having a place of business where you only service paying customers is fine, but I feel this should be noticed such as a sign stating "paying customers only", or at the very least handled in a way that doesn't involve leaving a paying customer at the register to come around the counter to yell at myself and the rest of the party.

For the first time I went in and the lady fixing the food was so rude and kept rolling her eyes when I wanted my sandwich the way I eat it. I have never experienced this from this location until today and probably want be back for awhile.

stopped by at 6:11pm on 14 March 2023 and door was locked and hours says open till 6:30pm, if you can't stay open till 6:30pm as listed change your time or get someone that will work the hours stated
