the staff was very nice. they even made suggestions like adding certain seasonings or veggies before toasting because i got a veggie sub. the employee told me he didn’t eat meat either, and his suggestions were helpful!

don’t go here if you have a coupon, the coupon states it only excludes wraps, the beast & the garlic roast beef sandwiches. no where on the coupon does it say anything about bacon or chicken. whoever the man was that told the lady i couldn’t use the coupon grabbed it from me and pointed at the “redeemable at participating locations” yes that means that your location takes coupons not that the coupon excludes bacon & then proceeds to point at a sign they have up that says they wont take it for bacon, i get what your sign says but thats not what the coupon says so next it should have been accepted, i thought this was stupid because i have used this type of coupon on bacon sandwiches before. trust i won’t come back lol don’t get smart with your customers

Went in to pick up my sandwich. I asked for a small amount of barbecue sauce my husband forgot to put on the sandwich. They were rude and wanted to charge $2 for a tiny amount. They were putting their hands in the trash can and everything to prove he didn’t ask for barbecue. I knew he didn’t put it on there bc he told me. That’s why I asked for it. Anyway, terrible experience.

I just went to get a Doordash order from here, someone who said he was a manager was very rude to me and did not give me the order with a racist approach.I also reported it to Bolu headquarters.There is an Indian guy working here who thinks he is a manager.
He didn't want to give me the order with a racist approach. I reported this to Doordash. And they cancelled the order.
Please no one should order from here As long as this man works here, no one should come here.!

Subway company should evaluate this and terminate this man's employment.
