Vanderbilt's location was closed so went to this location at 22st I had placed a lage order for me and my colleagues so when we noticed there was 2 hole sandwiches missing out of our order I immediately call back to 22st subway to speak to someone about the inconvenience after several attempts never got single person on the phone....wich is Absurd, running a business in this fashion.I do not recommend doing business at this location also went back to her in person And they still with my receipt was not able to help me because of it not being the same day of service which is funny because I tried calling several times that day complete trash employees. My experience at this Subway was unacceptable. The man showed zero professionalism or courtesy. He was dismissive, and acted as if helping a paying customer was an inconvenience. It may have been because of my skin color. I’m willing to spending my money just like everyone else and should be treated as such. I’m rating this location a 0/10 and would NOT recommend. Take ya money elsewhere.

Rushed here to get subs and he was already counting down and locked. He rushed and then the open sign off after taking photos. The sign says 11pm I got there at 10:15pm. Please update your site if you’re going to close early.

I order here from DoorDash at least once a week to my job and every sandwich I’ve gotten has been perfect. The bread is always so soft and everything is made right every time. This is probably my favorite subway in Nashville.

They were rude and very disrespectful. I let them know my order was sent to the wrong store. Wouldn’t refund me my money. My daughter had to go down there and get the money, but they didn’t want to give her the money they wanted to give her the food that I ordered the night before and it’s been sitting there all night and all day. .
