Jay the owner is still stealing from customers! I made a complaint last week about my two sandwiches that I ordered online (They purposely cheat the online customer because they know you won't chech it at the store)coming with hardly any meat or cheese when I paid for extra. He told me to come in and he would replace it. I left a review talking about my experience. When I went in today to have my order replaced He told me he refused to replace it because I left a bad review and he had to answer to corporate. I told him what he was doing Was the same as stealing! I don't know what he's worried about.Corporate won't do anything anyway.They don't care, leadership starts from the top down. Read the reviews, it has happened several times in the past. I will be disputing the charge on my debit card. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Thank you for stealing from me!

Most chain restaurants are very standard in nature in regard to offering the same products all the others ones have, but this specific subway stands out because of the people. Which makes it phenomenal. Love talking to these people everyday that work here, and I love Kim! :) She’s very sweet and creates a better more positive environment around her

The most Nastiest subway worker I've seen ever. She didn't try to hide it,I saw her going to the restroom, probably didn't wash her hands then come back and touch all the meats with her bare hands. Health hazard!!You will not miss her, she looks like she's on something if you know what I mean. Do not eat here!!..

This Subway was by far the most efficient, professional one Ive ever visited. I suggested to the manager, posdibly owner, that his sandwich maker was the most efficient worker Ive ever seen. Enthusiastic as well. They made a good team and the location was clean and easy to find, get into with an open lot to park, a rare find on 21st in such a busy downtown area of Nashville near Vanderbilt.Vegetarian options: Really fresh veggiesParking: Rare find, open lot servicing 3 buisnesses so lots of in and outs.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level and handicap parking right on corner

Came here after a horrible experience at the Subway at 5633 Charlotte Avenue, Suite 101 never going there again! The female staff member at this store provided great service and made the subs perfectly. She did not add an extra bacon fee when I ordered the Chicken & Bacon Ranch Sub that comes with bacon. Great service will come to this Subway from now on.

Constantly closes earlier than their posted hours / switches to only online orders. Some workers act unprofessional often. Usually only has one or two workers in there at most. Please work on staffing your restaurant properly.

I was interested in having my sandwich toasted, however the toaster was not working.The service was fair and the food was good. There was a short line. The restaurant was clean and the only reason for 4 stars is I was disappointed about not being able to have my sandwich toasted, however things happen.I recommend this Subway! #EatFresh

Add racism to the list of complaints. I saw the blond female employee, the one with the hair in a bun, be rude to two asian costumers who did not speak English very well. She and the manager made fun of their accents and grammar. She actually flipped the middle finger at them. I was next in line and wasn't having any of it. When I told her that she couldn't be rude to people because they did not speak English, the manager told me to leave and not come back again. When I took a picture of them, he threatened to call the police. That's how they do business Subway Corporate office is letting them get away with it. Take your money somewhere else. They don't want your business.

i watched one of them get extremely impatient and rude with an older lady in front of me that was struggling to get her words out and figure out what she wanted in a timely manner. she carried that attitude on to me when i questioned whether she was using the wheat bread i asked for (it looked like she grabbed italian cheese). her attitude was so disgusting i walked off.

As an Uber driver I eat alot in many different restaurants around Nashville. I swear to god, this white rude unprofessional lady will never see the light of heaven from how dirty and garbage she is. If you can’t control your ugly behavior then do not work. People are not your slave. Lady I hope you see hell sooner than later.
