She looked at me when I arrived at the counter, but looked back down and continued her work. I waited. I waited. I waited.
Since I did not know how long this would go on, I left.

I've stopped by this subway 3 times since opening over months in between and every time they are either out of bread, understaffed and rude or all of the above. The lady intentionally goes as slow as possible.

Like many others, I have found the WORST subway in existence. Never have bread or anything required to make a sandwich…at a sandwich shop… they should just shut it down because it’s that much of a joke. Walked in today and received a “I can only make salads”. Not even a hello or a how are you. I just wanted a sandwich. I’ve visited this location several times this week on my lunch break hoping for a sandwich. No bread 3 of the times, and they were closed the other time

Out of everything but ham and rotisserie chicken for meats. No footlong pretzels, churros, or cookies. Won’t be back to this location. What a joke.

Simply inexcusable. This must be the most poorly managed Subway in existence. If it were the last sandwich shop on Earth, I'd still avoid it and would tell others it isn't worth their time or money.

Normally the service here absolutely sucks and everyone else that has been to this Subway that I have talked to agrees. However, my experience today was great because the store manager, Aziz, was there. He demonstrated great customer service by being prompt, great with communication and actually acting like he wanted my business, completely unlike the other employees that work there. After getting my sandwich, I actually left the store impressed by his example. I suppose he was there to try and improve the stores service. He definitely was a great model for his peers to follow! If I had a store, I would want this man managing it! If you ever come across Aziz, I'm certain you'll leave a smile on your face.
Ordered online and said it was ready. Go there and they said there is no bread to make order. The women stated to come back tomorrow and talk to the owner. REALLY? She didn’t speak any English. Avoid at all cost. Reached out to Subway to know about their franchise owner here.

I went in with an order for 8 people. I was told they would not serve me unless I did a pickup order because that was too many sandwiches to make at once. But if I do a pick up order SHE still has to make the sandwiches at the same time. Makes no sense. I also believe I was pushed to the back and ignored because of my skin color because everyone else was of a different race. In this day and age this is unacceptable.

Got here at 11:30am for lunch and she said she wasn't making subs because she had to make bread, I said that's an inconvenient time to not make subs, she didn't care. Terrible service, should plan ahead next time... Noon is when people take lunch, I wasted half my lunch break driving here to go hungry because she didn't make bread.
