I’ve been to this location twice. Both times, the employees have been short and uninviting. The first time, the food was just alright - the veggies didn’t look or taste fresh, skimpy on the shredded cheese. The second time, I came in at 6:30am and was told they weren’t open which is weird because online shows they open at 6am on a Thursday. Will not be returning.

I placed an order through the Subway app for the Trousdale Lane location in Nashville, and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish.

The app itself is nearly unusable — it took me almost 20 minutes to place a simple order because of constant glitches and errors. When I finally succeeded, I paid extra for double meat. What I received was not only *not* double meat, but less than what normally comes with a standard sandwich. It felt like I was charged more to be given less.

This is not a minor mistake — it shows a lack of care, consistency, and accountability. Customers should not have to fight with a broken ordering system and then be shorted on what they paid for.

If management at this location doesn’t correct these issues, it will continue to drive customers away. For anyone considering this Subway, I strongly recommend skipping it and going to Jersey Mike’s, Firehouse Subs, or a local deli instead. You’ll actually get the quality, value, and service you’re paying for — something this Subway location seems unwilling or unable to provide.

Walked in at 1:30 on a Saturday and they were closed even though they are supposed to be open. No apology or reason. Girlfriend is now hangry, Thanks.

went to get a sandwich at 3:30pm and was told she couldn’t make my sandwiches because they are closed because she’s the only worker there? she was sitting in the office eating and playing a computer game… i was the ONLY customer. it takes ONE person to run that subway. so essentially she closed the registers, made herself food (for free) and is now running out the time clock since they technically close at 8. you have a worker literally stealing from you and your customers. furious. this was at 3:30 on Wednesday June 11 in case you wanna find out who it was. ridiculous.

6/14/24, 9:45am….You lost a customer today because the lady behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to stop her “side work” to make a sandwich.

She looked at me when I arrived at the counter, but looked back down and continued her work. I waited. I waited. I waited.

Since I did not know how long this would go on, I left.

I've stopped by this subway 3 times since opening over months in between and every time they are either out of bread, understaffed and rude or all of the above. The lady intentionally goes as slow as possible.

Like many others, I have found the WORST subway in existence. Never have bread or anything required to make a sandwich…at a sandwich shop… they should just shut it down because it’s that much of a joke. Walked in today and received a “I can only make salads”. Not even a hello or a how are you. I just wanted a sandwich. I’ve visited this location several times this week on my lunch break hoping for a sandwich. No bread 3 of the times, and they were closed the other time

Out of everything but ham and rotisserie chicken for meats. No footlong pretzels, churros, or cookies. Won’t be back to this location. What a joke.
