Overall not bad, staff was not very excited to see people especially the host order taker. Host/order taker tells people longer times than actual. Food quality was tough and no one comes back to check on you, be prepared to seek assistance if food is not up to par.

Horrible experience, my first and last time at that restaurant and similar ones. That’s not the regular dine in restaurant and the worst part of, the portions are very small. I ordered Turkey omelette and it was a kid’s size. Also, when I went to take some coffee, I asked one worker to add some coffee, I got ignored. Avoid that place!

We picked this place for Sunday brunch in downtown Nashville area. It is in the Vanderbilt Uni campus, so we saw lots of students, some with their families at the restaurant. They have free parking spots in the plaza, but with only an hour limits.
The restaurant is very spacious, mostly clean. Guests walk in at the register first to put their order, then they go to the table. I liked this efficient system, as they get to start preparing the order right away. Despite this process, it took them more than 30 minutes to bring our order out, that was so surprising.
I got the roast beef sandwich that was decent. The salad that came it was actually better than the sandwich. The pancakes and scrambled eggs omelette were okay dishes as well. Our brunch experience was overall fine, but there’s plenty of scope for both the food and the service to improve.

Absolutely Great Food and fast ordering. Definitely recommend. You place your order upon entering. Beverage is self serve. And the food is brought to your table.

This place is not a restaurant!! This is definitely a dining hall and should be labeled as such especially since this is right next to Vanderbilt. You order when you first walk in, you go get your own drinks, food is served on a tray, and you have to also get a to go box from the front. You literally get everything yourself just like a dining hall, and that’s okay it just shouldn’t be labeled as a restaurant where you expect to be served.

Get the pancakes or a bowl. Great spot for a family or business meeting. Soot is wide open and welcoming. Enjoy! Need to go back and try the lunch

Mike, who works at the front is extremely rude. Terrible customer service. He ruined my experience at Sun & Fork, which I usually enjoy.
