Did not disappoint. Finally a restaurant in Nashville that delivered on all levels. Amazing meal and service from start to finish. Definitely one of the top meals of my life. Every bite was delicious and the pairings are on point. Get in while you can.

What a fantastic experience from beginning to end! The memories for me always justify the price. It was the most high quality delicious omakase experience and the chefs were fantastic and engaging! I will 100% be back!

Look, there’s nothing like this anywhere close to Nashville. In fact, finding acceptable sushi is close to impossible. The sushi and service were exceptional. However, allow me to caution people going not to pay the extra $30 to add caviar to the wagyu beef. The chefs called it their version of a cheeseburger. Once they said that, it’s all I could taste. If I’m spending $800 for two people, I don’t want anything that tastes like a cheeseburger. Otherwise, it was flawless. Expensive, sure. But almost worth it.

Amazing experience! Highly recommend if you are a big fan of nigiri and are looking for a unique experience. Everything was delicious and the chefs did an incredible job describing each item and pairing each piece of nigiri with different toppings to balance the flavors. They even made me like mackeral (which I typically hate).
Note: if you don't drink alcohol, let them know beforehand over text when they ask for your allergies, since they greet you with a complimentary cocktail when you arrive.

Life changing. Best bites of food I’ve had in my life. The whole experience is amazing, from the pre dinner drink in the lounge to the chefs explaining each course. I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to get through all 18 courses but it was just PERFECT. We did the sake pairing and I wouldn’t change a single thing. Worth every penny.

This is a special dining experience. I can see this being ranked one of the first Michelin star restaurants in Nashville. Everything is first class. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone who is out for a special occasion and loves sushi. It would be amazing to be able to afford this level of dining every week but that would require most people to win the lottery.

11/10 experience. The best sushi I’ve ever had in my life, and I eat a lot of sushi. After going to a lot of major food cities in the U.S. this is the best. Quality, service, presentation, flavor combinations, etc. Josh was amazing.
Very insightful, outgoing, and funny. Best sushi in Nashville by a mile. Spendy, but worth every penny. Would come every week. Melt in your mouth.

One of the best new restaurants in Nashville! We had an amazing experience with some of the freshest fish I’ve ever had. It was an intimate dining experience with 3 chefs for 12 guests in a small room where food was prepared and described. I loved it and would definitely go back!

I would say this is the best Japanese food in Nashville. The taste is ok but the experience is very nice.
