Owner was kind and the sushi was delicious! I’m from the area but moved to NYC and am excited to have a no frills spot to come home to that values freshness, presentation, and fair prices. Many of the lower reviews seem bitter, so I wouldn’t pay them any mind.

It’s honestly overpriced for what you get. The food is just okay — nothing special, you can find better and bigger portions at Publix. The place itself is quite small. Also, make sure to bring your Visa card because they don’t accept Apple Pay.

We stopped by tonight to grab some sushi for takeout, and wow—it was so fresh and delicious! The owner was super sweet and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Prices were really reasonable too. Honestly, it’s hard to find good sushi around here, but this place definitely hit the spot. We’ll for sure be back!

We love this place. Lots of parking and there is table and sushi bar seating. BYOB. The rolls are well made and yummy. My son always orders plain sushi and the chef never bats an eye. They play videos on the tvs of fish preparation, which is actually very interesting. No Apple Pay or AMEX, but they take cash and and the other cards. Very friendly and super proud of their 100 health score. Clean and our go-to sushi place on this side of town.

It's easy to drive past this little hole in the wall hidden along a busy stretch of Lebanon Road. However, it is worth seeking out. The sweet older couple who run this place seem to take great care in every aspect of their business. The restaurant was small, quiet, cosy, simple. It almost felt like going back in time.
Most importantly, the food was excellent. The best miso soup that I've had, and all four sushi rolls we tried were fresh and superb. We look forward to returning and trying more dishes. These days there are so many sushi restaurants in Nashville. This is a special little place, and I hope it sticks around for a while.
The ramen and the dynamite roll were delicious!! Amazing prices and great quality. We left happy and full!

Folks, we've got to support this restaurant. It's a great sushi restaurant and it's here in Mount Juliet! If it goes out of business because it's not popular enough, I'm going to be so mad -- at you! The couple running it are probably not great at marketing, but wow are they good at Sushi! And don't take my word for it, just ask my authentic Japanese wife! She loves it! (Well... I guess you have to take my word that this is her word... but...) Anyway, go there, enjoy the food, tip well, and let's make sure that this restaurant keeps going strong! And if you think I use too many exclamation marks, I'll have you know that every one was deserved!

Sushi was great. BYOB as others have said. Only issue is, they closed earlier than what was stated on Google. Maybe they changed it without updating here. It’s a small mom and pop business and things can happen. Maybe call before heading out to confirm their hours.
