In winter months, try their smoothies! My favorite is the green smoothie! So healthy, delicious, and a good decision for all. Ice cream also still tastes good in winter!

My ice cream at Sweet Sofia is very good, but the experience we had today with the clerk was disappointing. Normally service has been fine, but today it felt unnecessarily rude.
I came in with my 2-year-old for a scoop. Like any toddler, he was just walking around quietly, but the clerk told him to stay right next to me, then came over almost shouting that he must stay at my side at all times. It felt harsh and out of place for an ice cream shop.
Later, when we came back with my older son, my younger one asked for a spoon to taste his brother’s ice cream. The clerk refused, saying he had already used two spoons on a previous visit. I didn’t realize spoons were being tracked per customer.
Ice cream shops should feel fun and welcoming for children and families. I truly hope the owner sees this and responds, because the product is great and I’d like to continue coming here. just not if this kind of treatment is the norm.

My son and I planned all week to come here for his birthday. He really wanted to blow his candles on a piece of flan. They didn’t have it stocked. I love to support small businesses but don’t like when they lack consistency. My son was bummed and disappointed. Which obviously made me sad. Had to find another place to make it up to him. Pretty disappointing to not have your menu updated. Don’t have the tamales either. Even though is written on their board.

I came in today for the first time and ordered the mocha frappe, a nutella crepe with strawberries and a butter pecan ice cream cone. Everything was delicious and both the girl and the guy behind the counter were really nice. I'll definetely be back to try more things.
Saw this business profiled on Channel 5 so we looked for an opportunity to visit and it came in just a few days. We had a job in Bellview so we planned to eat and then go to Sweet Sofia's for dessert. The banana split was wonderful and my wife had crepe with the toppings. The young lady was a treat that waited on us and we will be back. She is the icing on everything. Didn't get to meet momma, Madre. Wish this business the best.

What a refreshing place! So clean and the desserts are fabulous. All the homemade frozen fruit popsicles paletas have the real fruit in them. We had the banana split and crape this time and they were so good. We have to go back and try more of everything.

I’m not from the area so I wanted to try. Great experience! Very pretty on the inside. Very nice employees. I got the coffee coconut popsicle and it was lovely! 10/10 would recommend!
