Normally it’s a great experience but recently the service has not been great. We were missing food on our order and I stood up at the counter trying to get someone to help me but no one asked me if I needed something. They were not busy and there were 4-5 girls standing around eating and drinking their own food behind the counter. I had to go act like I was trying to order something in order to get someone’s attention and get them to make the food they missed.

I do enjoy the food and drinks but I am dissatisfied with the allowing of dogs inside. This is against codes. Two of the owners were getting to go orders but the pets should have been left outside or in the car (it was a cool day). One was there the whole time a person ate and worked on their computer. These are not service dogs.
One dog shook itself out which sends fur flying.

The French Vietnamese latte wasn't very good and didnt taste like a Vietnamese latte at all
but the pumpkin spice latte was good both hot and iced.
The turkey cheddar sandwich was chef's kiss ?

I just love coming in and seat around to work, appreciating the wall art. Baristas and staff in general always smiling, friendly, and courteous. I'm hooked on their Fruit Tea Mango drink, super recommended.

Great little coffee shop in Lenox Village. Recently had an interaction with the owner and she went above and beyond my expectations. I try not to get that slice of cake when I go in but it's so good.

Order the head coffee arrived at 6:30.Could not leave until seven a m because the employees would rather just talk on their phone instead of making the orders completely ridiculous , never recommend

This place abuses their workers and schedules 2 shifts 5 mins apart to avoid the workers getting a 15 minute paid break. They should get sued. I’m reporting this to osha

Im so happy I found this little gem. I drive my student to Nashville every other Friday and now I have a place to look forward to after I drop him off. I can only drink decaf coffee and theirs was delicious! I also bought these desserts that looked like donut holes but we're SO much better than I even imagined. They were like little pillows of heaven! I loved the plain ones and the chocolate filled ones. I want to try the berry ones next time! Also very affordable prices!
