A mighty quesadilla, only made more delicious with an addition of fries inside it.
The quesadilla was so big I only ate half, as I also ordered sides of queso and guac and wanted to eat those fresh.
Everything was beyond tasty, and the way that the Wash works, you're just bouncing to other shops and getting other stuff for your meal. The Wash is a spectacular place.

Local spot with great quesadillas and sides. They have this very unique tasting mushroom quesadilla that I crave a few times a month. I always ask for no onion or salsa due to an autoimmune condition. The lady at the window said that they would do it. I get my food, go, and as I’m driving down the street eating my quesadilla I realize about 4 bites in it’s got onions. I wake up the next morning in a full blown flare. In pain, swollen, and unable to go to work. If you have any type of food allergies THINK TWICE.

The beef Picadillo was wayyy too salty. It’s a shame because otherwise the flavors were pretty good. Please use less salt.
I never leave reviews but this place was so delicious that I had to! I ate the rolled tacos with a strawberry fresca. They were absolutelyAMAZING! If you like good and fresh mexican food then you have to try this place.
The parking situation is not the greatest but you can find free parking in the alleyway next to the place.

Loved this so much, if you all are able you should put some street signs out. I read about you in the Scene for late night spots. Great concept of basically a wrapped quesadilla, super tasty and filling. Cool name too.

A really great take on Mexican food. They truly do everything really well from something as simple as beans to the all of the entrees and even the chips. This is one of my favorite burritos in Nashville and the burger is super unique in the best way. It feels like they put a lot of love into both the ingredients and the preparation. A reasonable price point for the amount of food as well and great hours. 10/10.
