Went to this location last night & was told to pull around to the door……that has never happened before….then l got my order brought out to me & within 3 hrs I was sick to my stomach & have been to the restroom more times than l can count & threw up too & can still taste the food in my mouth….don’t know if it is food poisoning or what but l won’t be back….this location has always been less than stellar but l have never been asked to pull around before…..they obviously gave me leftovers 😤

I went to this Taco Bell at about 1130pm on 12/15/24. I gave the girl at the drive thru my card. She then took my card to the back where I have no idea what she did with it. She should be fired for this imo.

If i could give this location 0, I would definitely do that! Horrible custome service and managment!We ordered food and waited for 20min, they didn't open the windows to talk to us and take a payment, and we had to leave!

So on 10/16/2024 ticket number 034426 at 2:33pm I had a disgusting experience.

I drive up to Taco Bell wanting to try their new CT Chicken Taco. As I approach I notice 3 employees having a smoke break outside. Everyone needs breaks. 1 female has her headset on still, again not a problem. I go through the drive through and first a man starts taking my order, then it switches to a female. As I drive up to the window I notice that the woman outside come through the front door and directly to take my payment. Right there I'm already like ok that nasty.

So she takes my card and hands it back to me. My card now smells like an ashtray. She hands me my drink. My straw and lid smell like an ashtray. Then come my food. I don't know if it was because it was a paper bag, but it absorbed all the essence of a smoker who takes in 6 packs a day.

I THREW THE FOOD OUT!

This woman slobbered up and down a cigarette, putting her spit all over her hands. Then walks in without washing her hand to touch all over my card, food and drink.

SO FREAKING NASTY!!

In all honesty, I think this place needs a lot of work. The staff is usually kind of friendly, but the food is always a big disappointment.

The day I went there, I ordered at the kiosk and waited almost 30 minutes. The only employees who could cook were all on break, one was outside, and two were in the office. The only one not on break was the guy who couldn't cook, who ignored me and was on his phone the whole time. When the employees came back from break 20 minutes later, they served the drive thru customer who waited maybe 5 minutes first. I wouldn't have been as upset if they had bothered to leave a note or something telling customers they were on break, or if they didn't ignore me for so long. I went in to get my money back because when I got home, I discovered it was made wrong, and then the bag broke spilling food all over my apartment floor. At least I got my money back. Never coming back to this location though.

Food and order were all fine but the woman who was helping me and another person did not have a good attitude. She came off as rude, I also saw her roll her eyes at the other person there.

Quality of food delivery needs attention. Got my food to go. My bean burritos were cold. They were also puny. Had to microwave them to heat them up. Got nacho fries and they didn’t give me the cheese. Had to use a kiosk to order. They only take your order if cash. I have been eating at these restaurants for 50 years. The quality of food and service are dissatisfactory. Corporate needs to restore the days of old where quality of food and service mattered.
