The woman in the drive-thru rushed my order and was impeccably rude. I got the wrong food that I did not order, and was charged for it after it was fixed. I did not receive correct customer service. I will not return to this store. Attitude needs adjustment and I am extremely disappointed. I have never once had an experience like this at this particular location.

I paid for extra cheese ($2) on what i specifically asked for and one out of two of my tacos had cheese on it. Which I asked for extra on both.

Everything was great employees done their job great and the food was amazing. They were very polite and did not treat you like a heard of cattle running you through to the slaughter.

The guy working the drive through on 12/14/24 @ about 7:50pm turned my debit card over and held it there for about 2 seconds. After he handed me my food I said "hey, let me ask you something".. I didn't get to finish before he said "I didn't take a picture of your card I was having an argument with my girlfriend." I said "how did you know what I was about to say?" He said, "ah, well, it was obvious." Take from that what you will.
Got late dinner here last night. My order was to go. Had three people on duty. Even with orders being made on the kiosks, they were overwhelmed keeping up with drive through and in store orders. Took longer than usual to get my food. Also, the refried beans in my burritos were lukewarm. Needs to be hot to melt the cheese. The burritos seem to be smaller than they used to be. These are problems I’m noticing at multiple Taco Bells. Corporate needs to work on staffing and food quality we’ve grown to expect.

Closed when it says open. Food wrong every time. And the service is terrible. Why are you closed if it says you’re open. I just wasted my gas for nothing

The absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I went last night and asked if I could have the lettuce for the taco’s on the side. Really it is not a big request. The guy emphasized TWICE saying “I mean I GUESS” like yeah you can do it. He was just being rude for no reason. I had a 30 minute drive and didn’t want soggy lettuce when I got there. I also asked for a lot of mild sauce and got not a single packet after the dude made me pull up to a mobile order spot for my drive thru order that was not special aside from lettuce on the side. He seemed so upset he had to put the lettuce on the side he 100% gave me no sauce on purpose which is so petty. It’s over and over with this location if you make any kind of mod request.
