Came in town to visit family for the holidays. Looked like a nice Taco Bell. Half of my order was wrong and I ended up getting the WORST food poisoning of my entire life. Avoid at all costs.
Store just reopened after months of renovation. Thought it would have improved, guess not.Slow service, not to mention they gave my order to the person in front of me, who then had to hand it back to them.Also, 6 bucks for the new nacho fries and its this tiny amount of food? lol

Yeah so again not enough employees, and yeah they care more about the drive thru and to go orders than people eating at the restaurant. However the day we went an employee did go out of his way for us. Just FYI you will have to use kiosk inside to order, they don't have cashiers at the counter.

I have given this Taco Bell numerous times to prepare my food properly. I ordered the #1 combo soft plus a regular taco in the place of the fries. I get home and my food is thrown together, not fresh, and a hot sloppy mess. This is it for me at this bougie Brentwood location. Make a damn taco like you would eat it. They ain't cheap either. Done, done, done!

Guy name of AUSTIN who served me beef burrito second time, I don’t eat beef , I ordered chipotle ranch grill chicken burrito, after I returned back there were argued with me , after I asked to meet manager they refused !Worst service and staff beehive!I would recommend do not go at night time between 9 pm to 2 pmVegetarian options: Staff think about everybody eat beef but somebody don’t was purely vegetarian

They either mess up your order, dont give you something you ordered, give you cold food, or all of the above. Awful place. Don’t go here. Ordered a Crunchwrap and chips with cheese. Didn’t get the chips. Crunchwrap was cold. Disputed with my bank since the employees were so rude, lazy, and woke. Will not be returning.

They don't let you order at night and lie and say you have go through the Uber eats app in order to receive the food?? You li@rs remind me of the jack in the box that got shut down last year for saying the same thing, maybe it will happen to you as well. Shameful

Worst taco bell I've been to Khalilah foster and Raymond foster don't deserve to be managing this tacobell. Khalilah foster has a very bad attitude towards the staff. Raymond follows by everything she says because that's his wife and it shouldn't be like that. That's why couples should not work together for this exact reason.

Manager should be ashamed of her self, they will lie to you through their teeth. She told me at the speaker Hi then when I tried to order she says oh we don't take orders any more. Then another weirdo on the speaker said its because of supply issues.So I drove all the way back home and ordered through uber eats to see if they were lying and oh it worked and my order was fullfilled and delivered to me!! With these lazy juunki3s running this taco bell like this, I am surprised they haven't gotten a taste of their own medicine... ??They deserve it
