Food is bad here! Got tacos, crunch wrap and quesadilla and the crunch wrap smelled bad!! Glad I didn't eat any at all, will stick to taco bell in old hickory it is clean unlike this place, no thanks I will not eat here again

Listen. I never go and leave fast food places a review, especially a chain at that. But I stopped visiting this location a year or 2 ago because it was awful. I’ve now been twice, and had an order delivered and everything has been correct, the food has been warm/fresh, and today the manager put a note in the delivery order with a number and her name, saying please call if any issues and that little touch provides so much value and reassurance as a consumer. Nice work Sheila!

Hands down, the best Taco Bell. The team was on top of things, communicating well and keeping orders coming out during a busy lunch time. Their food was well made and hot. If I could pack the whole crew up and take them back to Ky with me, I would, that’s how awesome they all were.

I did use drive thru. That crispy chicken taco with buffalo is immaculate. Immaculate. They got my order wrong. I said avacado ranch. No regrets. I'll be getting both flavors now. Delicious.

Food is decent for fast Mexican food, the problem I have is that the prices have increased that it's not a good value anymore unless you get stuff off the volume menu or the luxe boxes. A combo with two regular tacos and a medium drink is $12 they need to bring their price point back down it's not affordable anymore

Stopped in at 5:30 for dinner, not a soul in the dining room, about 5 cars in drive through. Went to the counter, a worker was there giving a co-worker her zaxby order. No acknowledgement to us as customers, we stood there about 5 minutes, and walked out

Very good food for low prices, the classic luxe box is only like 5 bucks, you get a burrito, a taco, and choice of cinnamon twists or chips AND a drink.

Manager assured me the sauce is in the box right after asking the other guy if it was in the box.I get down the road and there is no sauce.who eats Taco Bell without sauce.And the kid totally lied to the manager wow well done guys.

I always love coming to this location! Today was our first time actually going inside and eating instead of taking it to go, and the restaurant was so clean. They always get our food to us quickly and fresh. There was a small issue with one of our items today, and they went the extra mile of completely replacing the item immediately instead of just adding the missing ingredient.
