Very dirty there. Got random food in my cheesy roll ups, including jalapeños, therefore didn't even get to eat them. Also the workers treat delivery drivers like trash. They don't talk to them or try to ask what they need help with. Bad food and terrible customer service.

My rating is as compared to other Taco Bells and similar restaurants. The food was fresh, hot, and fast. The service and atmosphere were enhanced by one employee in particular who went out of his way to take care of both customers and fellow employees.

We love this Taco Bell! We have one in MJ but had bad experiences there!! We were here eating inside and over heard a meeting with several employees!! They have a great team and managers who care about their teams!! Keep up the good work!

For decades Taco Bell has been a reliable staple for fast, tasty, affordable food. I can always count on Taco Bell. Today was no exception, their new street tacos are out of this world fantastic. But the real cherry on top, the thing that made this visit stand out more than any other, was the service. You see, there was a very nice, young lady that took my order. She had an infectious smile. She was positively radiating good energy. They had apparently been busy and quite backed up all day and the young lady admitted to me that several employees were on the raggedy edge. I told her to take her time, I was in no rush. The gentleman that was at the end of the food making line recognized me, smiled and shouted out a greeting. I returned the greeting and the young lady kept making small talk in between helping out. The food came out (maybe took a little longer than usual but not bad in the slightest) and the staff wished me well. Now here was the part that really stuck out to me. I also had a long day and was ready to be sitting comfortably with my boots off, but I found myself considering sitting down and eating there simply because of the atmosphere. Because those employees refused to let a hard day affect their attitudes I contemplated hanging around just to enjoy the company of the staff. I think something like that needs to be recognized in a world where people are getting less and less courteous.
So to the the staff of Taco Bell in Hermitage, TN , next to the Walmart, thank you for making my night. God bless you all

We usually go to the drive thru to order and get it to go. We have always received good service and the food is hot and fresh. Never had a problem here that was not quickly resolved with Management.
Parking: Easy in and out at the traffic light located at Wal-Mart entrance.
