I saw roach in my taco.. and when i went to speak to the manager, they cussed me out. They are a RACIST, HOMOPHOBIC, SEXIST!!!They called me the HARD R.. AND ACTUALLY THREW MY DRINK!!!Dont come here. I was threatened to be raped. I beg to nobody come here

Holy cow! Best experience and best Taco bell I have ever had! Just ordered some off the wall creations and they were made perfectly and possibly best thing and experience at any Taco bell! Well done staff working on 12/21 2023 between 6pm and 7pm wow!!!

Came inside because drive through wrapped... employees fighting with each other, employees staring at each other on the line confused as who is doing what, lobby and kitchen trashed, employees wearing gloves (supposedly for sanitary reasons) picking up dropped items off the floor and continuing to prep food... what does it take before corporate pulls franchise or gets in here to save their business name. Hey, Metro Public Health Dept....please get in here.

They get so caught up in making their time with drive thru that the quality of the food is out the window. They don't even slow down to listen to you half the time. So don't expect anything you want to be correct.

Went yesterday and it was hoppin. Drive through was full went inside. Order was right. Workers were competent and nice and this place runs smooth. Not my favorite taco bell but its still an A. Its in a busy area so it stays busy. I like to hit up the Old Hickory Blvd. I65 Hermitage, Central Pike, Location. Don't get me wrong it stays busy as well and is hard to pull out of sometimes but it's usually faster. I feel like the food is better at the I65 location. They are definitely friendlier and The inside is way more inviting.So if you decide the line is long as hell, at your Wal-Mart adjacent TacoBell just hop on Andrew Jackson Parkway and check out the next closest location Old Hickory a bit past the other Krogers.Its better, location, familiarity, less crowded, I'm not sure what it is that better but they are both good togo.

They forgot my nacho bell grande and when I went to go back to get it they wouldn't make all my food over. So the nacho bell grande was good (even though they didn't put any creamy jalapeno sauce on it like I asked) but the rest of my food was soggy and cold -_-
