Mariana is AMAZING! I walked in and there was a lobby full of people and I thought I would be waiting forever & she didn’t take no time at all to get my order made and get it out to me!! Everything was 100% hot and fresh!!!!! 😍 I will definitely be back here !! (Even tho it is an hour from my house!) thank you so much Mariana!

This location is definetly way different then last year. It has new management and new staff. If u do have any issues contact the store they will make it right.

The gentleman at the window was very pushy throwing my food through me at the window insisting take your order. Called to complain to manager who was just as rude. Waited a couple of days called the day manager and she heard me out briefly till she fiqured I had a complaint then hung up on me not one but three times. I don't know what problem this restaurant has. But I came in to be serviced as customer not trash. So taco bell goodbye it ain't worth the frustration of your staff. RUDE!!! AND UNGRATEFUL!! Also the only reply you can give to these posts is a heart if it is a good review? Ain't gonna ever happen for me.

Terrible customer service, they messed up my order and made a big deal about. After going back and forth they finally decided to correct. I should’ve just asked for a refund at that point. They were too busy talking instead of focusing on customers orders.

I'm not sure where all the shade in the reviews is coming from. Granted, I've only eaten here once, but just in a pure comparison to other fast food places, I was very impressed at this location.
My food was made quickly, the 2 people working in there were friendly, it's the first time in VERY long time a Taco Bell didn't skimp on the meat in my tacos, and the nachos I got were beautifully made, and they were not skimpy with the cheese and other condiments.
The only issue I had with this location was the homeless guy that accosted me while I was eating in my car in their parking lot. Plenty of graffiti on the dumpster wall in back. None of this is their fault though, so I'm gonna rate this location as one of the best Taco Bells I've ever been to, purely for quality of food prep.

Very rude and would ignore customers. Even got asked to leave after they wouldn’t give me my cup for a drink. Also found a roach on the floor

We interacted with like 4 employees and they were all so nice. Everything was hot, fresh, and quick even having to wait a minute for fresh potatoes. Definitely the best experience taco bell in the area.

This is the absolute best Taco Bell location I have ever visited! The employees here are always nice & friendly, and my food is always made perfect!
Service is usually quick and well, but I've received several items that were fried in rancid oil. They really need to clean their fryers more often and know how to identify the stench.

The one on Murfreesboro pike is better. The tacos tasted old. The slush was nearly water and syrup. They just need more help. I'll update this if my experience changes but I don't plan to go to this one soon.
