Almost every time I go here there is an issue. I barely go as is and after tonight I’m officially done with this location. Y’all gave the wrong food when the receipt has the right order. Yall mixed my order up. Idk who in the kitchen but they need to pay attention or more training.

I didn’t receive half of my order and the other half was ice cold! Called 6 times to try to speak to someone and the phone was off the hook. Called Corporate, waited for 37 minutes for someone, who was very nice, to tell me someone else will call me within two days and still nothing has happened and nobody called me! This is the worst customer service ever!!!!!

I come to this Taco Bell several times a week since I work right by it. The people who work here are very friendly. I have modifications to the items I order, and they always get it right. It’s *fresh* too. This location is also very clean.It’s quick and easy ordering at the kiosk inside too!

I ordered a breakfast crunchwrap bacon, the receipt said bacon, the screen said bacon, and the wrapper had a b on it and when i went to open it and eat it that is not what i got ,it had green sauce on it and was completely the wrong order. Could not even get my money back as I already was too far away. What a waist.

All Taco Bells I've been to smell like dirty mop water Except this one ,it's VERY CLEAN, the food is good and the service is great.Vegetarian options: With just a slide of the green V on the kiosk and the whole menu which to vegetarians.

I placed an order through the drive thru for a fiesta veggie burrito and a cheesy bean and rice burrito. I got fiesta potatoes instead. Honest mistake went back to get the burrito I ordered and was on receipt. They made the fiesta veggie on the fly. Took a bite and not only was it missing the lettuce tomatoes and guac but it had BEEF. I do not eat meat. I order these things and taco bell because it is easy for me to get things I can eat. But apparently not today.

We ordered via the app, a large order for 4 people and found out once we were home that we were missing the main components of a combo meal- the fries and the chicken quesadilla. Silly of us to not check before leaving and have any kinda faith that they would pack an order correctly.When my boyfriend drove all the way back to tell someone they gave him attitude, Rolled his eyes and then accused him of lying. Why would someone drive home and go all the way back for to rip Taco Bell off on a $6 quesadilla? Not only that, they kept the receipt when they made the new quesadilla. Presumably to prevent a complaint. They also did not even make a new set of fries. So now, not one but two people's meals were ruined. One person has to wait for the quesadilla and the other being my bf has cold food to return to.Terrible and inconsistent service. Rude and will not be coming back here. The audacity of this kid rolling his eyes.

Went through the drive thru. Got my order wrong. I ordered 2 burrito supremes. I got one bean burrito and one burrito supreme. I like bean burritos, but they are $2.00 cheaper. I paid for a supreme, I didnt get it.
