The staff at this particular Taco Bell are all very professional and very good at their jobs. The restaurant is clean and the bathrooms are also clean. Food is normal Taco Bell food

I went to the one in Vanderbilt children's hospital. They were fast and the food was good.
Jessica has been here both nights that I have. Not only has she managed the front with efficiency, but she was always cleaning when there wasn’t a customer. She is an amazing employee and I appreciate her attentiveness to her customers and her area.

I stood around waiting to get my food I put in ahead of time online only to get ignored outright for THIRTY minutes despite several verbal attempts to grab her attention. Granted it was busy but the lady helped other customers who got there after me and did not bother to gaze up from the floor once and only helped if you shoved a phone in her face.

This place seems like it will do a good job, but when they give you your food it is absolute garbage! Don’t expect what you get from your normal Taco Bell. They will give you nothing like what you order. Whatever you are used to with Taco Bell take away all the things you like and that will be what you are left with. The Taco Bell in downtown Nashville is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to, so if you want to maintain your liking, do not get food there!
