I had ordered a breakfast steak casadilla without egg, and they made it with the creamy jalapeño sauce so i had asked them to remake it because it doesn’t come with that sauce, and i don’t like it, she took it back and as she proceeded to throw it away and I had asked if i could keep it because my mom was upstairs with my dad who was life flighted from our home town hospital and she has been so worried that she has forgotten to eat. This women than proceeds to tell me that if i want it i can pay for it which doesn’t make any sense because they were just going to throw it away. She then became really mean and when i asked for her name so i could file a complaint she just completely ignored me and then her coworker proceeds to look at me while she throws it away, my mom called for me to come back so I had to leave. Will not be returning and have had nothing but good interactions with everyone here at vanderbilt but the fact they let rude people work here like that even in taco bell in the children’s hospital has me a little concerned and by the other comments i can tell im not the only one who has had an issue. do better!

This is in a hospital, Care is no parking except for hospital parking. Why on Earth would you put a Taco Bell inside of a hospital for the general public? It's a hospital not just a hospital it's a children's hospital

This is the closest Taco Bell to me but I can't buy Taco Bell there. Apparently the hospital won't let you use that restaurant unless you're a patient or a visitor. This shouldn't even come up when I search Taco Bell because if it's not open to the general public it's not really a Taco Bell is it? Why give me the address of a place where I can't buy Taco Bell?!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter was admitted and my son and I needed to eat, we hopped down to Taco Bell bc we didn’t want to leave the hospital. I ordered 2 beef soft tacos and this is the mess we received! What even is this? I wouldn’t recommend even if it was the only option. It’s already insane that I paid $18 for 2 soft tacos, a small nacho fry, & 2 Baja blast freezies. Let alone to get back to my room and realize the food isn’t even edible.

THIS TACO BELL IS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC. IT’S ONLY ACCESSIBLE TO VCH EMPLOYEES AND PATIENTS. So, if you really want to eat at the only Taco Bell in this area, you’ll have to lie to get in.
Absolutely ridiculous, the food was perfect yes but there was an employee named Matthew who was extremely rude and loud. I was disgusted to see that the manager even accepted greasy beards around the food!!

My low rating really is about food safety. I watched a family receive large cups when there was some discussion and the Taco Bell employee took cups back and put them on top of the clean cups even though family had been holding them. Also, the pizzas freshness label says an hour after what is accurate. They are only suppose to be kept 30mims but there is a pizza that's been up there longer than thirty mins on shelf but people won't know if it's fresh due to time issues. Lastly, I see a woman employee with visor on and a hairnet on her hair bun. However, the guy has visor but all his dreadlocks are hanging out over the visor but no hairnet on him. It would be equivalent to a woman wearing a visor with all her hair out which I saw none of them doing. And no he wasn't just at register, he was making pizza. Just saying, if you in the Children's Hospital you would think there would be better food safety then this.
