Don't go here. I ordered 30 bucks worth of food. Paid in good faith. They don't answer the phone when you call to report a incomplete order. Missing half my damn order. Pretty sure they probably ate it. Place stinks of homeless which run in and out of this place. Maybe once Sence y'all getting $15.00 and hour. Maybe just maybe you can make the order as it appears and complete the order. Won't be back. This place use to be the best taco around. Now it's a shack with people that can't make simple food and put it all in the bag.

Food is one of the better Taco Bell's in the area. If you come here after 9:00pm they close the lobby on Saturdays. I needed to use the restroom and have a medical condition. An employee was stationed outside the door turning people away. I'm not sure if this is a new policy or what. I now have to go to a nearby fast station and then make a second trip back for food.

I don’t know what happened to this Taco Bell but I picked up a mobile order at 1:30am and received great service and perfect food. They must have been understaffed (as has been expected) or gotten hit with a rush right before I got there because when I got to the speaker they immediately asked if I was placing an order or picking up an order. They said it could take 10 mins but they would get it to me asap. There were three other cars waiting in the parking lot when I pulled around the side. I got my food in under 10 mins and every food item was made perfectly to order not forgetting any customizations…Maybe that night crew is just badass….but honestly this entire post was because I wanted to give a shoutout to whoever wrapped this burrito so beautifully.

Let's help Taco Bell out. First contact Yum Yum and tell them $13.50 isn't enough pay for anyone. Second train these wanna be managers up enough to know that customer service is the key, to keep a job for yourself and customer coming back again. If you're a manager on shift and it's you and 2 crew members, lock your lobby and run drive throu. You don't take your anger and frustrations out on the customers. You don't disrespect your customers in anyway or refuse to make their orders. A few more of these complaints will have the rude people out of a job.

Drive through worker would not take our order and said we had to come inside to order. We asked why and she was VERY disrespectful and had a ton of attitude.
Very rude by how they told me to order on the kiosk and then they made me stand there at the counter for 20 min before I was even able to pay allowing 4 ppl come in and get there food before I could even get mine....both store mangers need training on customer
