I love Taco Bell as much as anyone else. This particular one you have to double check your order every time. The past 5+ times I’ve been here they have messed up my order or given me someone else’s order. In addition we need to go back to old pricing. These high Taco Bell prices are getting out of hand and portions are getting smaller
It’s 6:50pm the restaurant is open and none of the employees could serve us and their answer is: because the manager said she didn’t want anyone inside only thru the drive thru the worst Taco Bell that exists.

How hard is it for you guys to put sauce in the order when I order?? Ridiculous!
The girl working the drive through lately with the lip piercing is very rude. She's always really short when she speaks to you. She always has me pull around even though it's never busy when I go and I order ahead. She won't walk your food to you. She just stands quietly at the door and waits for you to pull forward and get the food. And then stands at the door and stares you down while you pull off. I've never add an incident with this girl so I'm confused about the attitude and I'm concerned about my food. I won't be back until she's gone.

Check your food before you leave. Got the wrong item in the Drive-thru. I walk in to get the right item. The wrong item was a dollar more. I ask for my money back and they give me less than what was is CLEARLY listed on the menu. And act like it was my fault. I won't be back. Bad business.
