Been going to this Taco Bell for years and the quality and portions are consistently better than the average Taco Bell. Also big props for being one of the few Taco Bell’s in the area to not raise prices above MSRP. Obviously it’s not always perfect, it’s Taco Bell, but it’s exactly what I’m looking for over 90% of the time and there’s not much more you can ask for. Oh it’s also usually pretty speedy thanks for yalls work!

We ordered some food through the app for pick up at the drive thru and my fiancé said when he got our order, he was given the wrong order so he had to go back through the line. I guess they gave 2 or 3 wrong orders because the people in front of him had to hand back their food and get new food. When he got back to the window, they just handed him the bag that the people gave back to them. ( First of all, as I’ve always know it, they aren’t supposed to take anything back through the window. MUCH LESS HAND FOOD THAT WAS GIVEN BACK THROUGH THE WINDOW TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER!!! ) So my fiancé told her that was nasty and wasn’t taking that bag so they said they would remake the food. He gets home and tells me about it so I immediately try a Cinnabon and it was COLD! That’s the only thing I wanted and didn’t want cold Cinnabons, so I try calling 3 times and no one answered. Luckily, I only live 4 minutes away so I drove back down there and told the girl at the window and she said if the inside is cold and the outside is warm, that’s how it’s suppose to be. I told her for one, I use to work at Taco Bell, so I know how they are made and how hot they should be. So, that won’t work with with me obviously. Secondly, no, what it’s suppose to be is hot inside and out. Every time I order them, it’s all hot, not just the outside being lukewarm and inside being cold. Even driving home, they are still normally hot. I don’t know why she was even trying to justify and not just make the customer happy like should’ve happened in the first place. (What happened to customer satisfaction?) Well, she finally says she will MAKE me new ones. As soon as I hand her the old ones, 10-15 seconds later she comes back with the Cinnabons. That fast I KNOW they were not remade (or dropped new). I still try one just to see and it was the same way they were the first time but some were harder than the others so it’s almost like she tried heating them up and putting old ones in the bag to make it equal 12 again. I just can’t get over the fact that, for one, they are taking stuff back through the window and on top of that, they tried giving the food back to a customer after they already handed it to another customer and let them drive off and come back and all. That’s nasty af, idk who’s hand touched that food or anything. I just said f it and decided to write this review instead. And on top of it all, their prices are definitely PRICING! For them to be as expensive as they are to be fast food, they should at least have the decency to respect their customers and their needs/wants.

I got 2 steak chalupa supreme the meat was COLD an DRYED out looking the chalupa shell was stiff a tasted old. I took one bite an spit it out every time I come to this location it’s always something. They asked if I want sauce I said yes, I wanted fire and they proceeded to not put any sauce in my bag. I wish they would do better so I don’t have to drive across town to the Taco Bell in 100 Oaks where they do an absolute great job so from now on I will take the extra miles and drive over there and get my food. Y’all need a new crew in there at night time, especially or someone needs to be replaced an or fired. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there. You should fix the food as you would eat it if you wouldn’t eat it then do not serve it to your customers.

Like most fast food nowadays customer service is kind of gone out the window however most of the time they get my order correct.

This is also in a sketchy part of town with lots of homelessness, drugs and drug activity in the area.

Parking: I wouldn't leave your car and attended for too long in this parking lot. They're often people parked there hanging out and homeless passing through frequently.
