I’m so tired of ordering exactly what I need and never receiving it. I made exactly ONE (1) modification to my luxe box. No tomatoes. And of course there is tomatoes on it. And I asked for 20 sauces. And not even one in the bag. I worked at Taco Bell for six years. Ain’t no excuse. Yall are sad and I mean that in the most disrespectful and condescending way possible. Do better. Embarrassing is what this is.

I made a door dash order and they only have me my drinks and two of my five items. They never picked up the phone, never tried to make it right, and the quesadilla they gave us had barely and chicken or cheese in it. Very disappointing,
