After finally taking my order I get home and appears that I've been compromised a portion of my food i wouldn't of made a big deal but, paying $20 for 1 quesidilla and 3 crunchy regular tacos but I'm missing a whole 1/4 of my quesidilla wish o could've added pics but no way for me to

If I could rate a 0 for service I would. The lady at the drive thru mixed my order up. I asked for a burrito she didn't hear me order and when I asked for it a young kid came to the window saying there was a line behind me and wouldn't do it.

i have never left a review for a fast food restaurant but i felt like i had to for this TB. pretty much every time i come here they get it right which is so rare for fast food in general, especially TB — i’m vegetarian & i can’t tell you how many times fast food places have gotten it wrong & given me meat. i usually do mobile order & make a lot of specific requests on items that normally come with meat, but even with all of my customizations, they’ve never given me meat. they’re also always really sweet & friendly here, & the few times they have messed up, they’re always so nice about it & fix it promptly

Many times I go across town to get my kids Taco Bell because this location is the worse. I asked for Fresca chicken tacos and they acted like they did not know what that was and kept trying to sell me something else. So we ordered 6 cheese roll ups and they NEVER MAKE THE RIGHT! Do not give me cold cheese rolled up in a damn cold shell. That is not how it is advertised. So disappointed and it only happens unfortunately in our neighborhoods. Go to Bellevue and they hot everytime.
