i have never left a review for a fast food restaurant but i felt like i had to for this TB. pretty much every time i come here they get it right which is so rare for fast food in general, especially TB — i’m vegetarian & i can’t tell you how many times fast food places have gotten it wrong & given me meat. i usually do mobile order & make a lot of specific requests on items that normally come with meat, but even with all of my customizations, they’ve never given me meat. they’re also always really sweet & friendly here, & the few times they have messed up, they’re always so nice about it & fix it promptly

Many times I go across town to get my kids Taco Bell because this location is the worse. I asked for Fresca chicken tacos and they acted like they did not know what that was and kept trying to sell me something else. So we ordered 6 cheese roll ups and they NEVER MAKE THE RIGHT! Do not give me cold cheese rolled up in a damn cold shell. That is not how it is advertised. So disappointed and it only happens unfortunately in our neighborhoods. Go to Bellevue and they hot everytime.

Ridiculous place. Placed my order and sat there for over 15 minutes while 5 people came in behind me ordered and left. Then asked for the manager and got people who don’t know English and just ignored me. Ended up finding my order and making it but it’s not fast food if you gotta wait 20 minutes.

Ordered from this location on uber eats. Clearly low food safety standards as my veggie bowl had scraps of chicken in it as well. Will never order again. Don't advertise veggie options if you cannot keep your food prep area clean enough to not contaminate non meat items.

the manager anna was very rude to employees and customers. i will never go back!!!!!! the food was as hard as a brick🤮
This location is so ghettttoooooo. I specifically asked for my food to be fresh when I ordered, Makayla H and whomever she went to grab in the back states they only make cinnamon twists in the morning and keep them under the heater all day, which is not true, I’ve gotten fresh twists at 1am here before their just being lazy, food was ready before I gave her my card, nothing fresh about it, I was still talking as she closed the window and continued to play on her cellphone. So rude! This is the closest location to my house but I never have a good experience here EVER!!
Was given wrong order so I called and called no answer. Went back they said that they had my order, I asked them to remake it because it was cold. They said ok,got home it was the same cold food

Have to thank the lady at the drive through.... she convinced me not to get Taco Bell through sheer horrible service and attitude. She also has made me decide for the entirety of my stay here. She gave me sense to hurry up and order and when I tried to give her my check-in code she " you're supposed to give that in the begining" so I asked if I could just give it to at that moment (mind you it's not busy). There was a pause and said no so I just said nvm. Her attitude was what got me upset. Don't be in customer service if you can or won't try to do customer service.
