Almost every single time I try to use the app to order from this location, something goes wrong, and it is ONLY with this location. There have been multiple times over the last 3 years where they gave us the wrong order/left stuff out of our order.
For the last three months, every time I try to place an app order, I run into some sort of error usually either "one or more items in your cart are not available at this time" (does not matter what I try to order, it does it for everything) or "this location is not open at this time" (during the middle of the day, only for me to drive by later and see that they are absolutely open). When I asked Taco Bell Support through the app, they told me that both of these things were controlled by the store manager. When I called the store to ask why the app wasn't working, they just said "no" and hung up on me.
This issue only happens to me with this one specific location, which is unfortunately the closest one to my house.

I am, disrespectfully, SEETHING with anger. let me paint this picture for you. I stop by JUST to get a sweet nibble to make me feel an ounce better from my horrid day. I order cinnamon twists and a baja blast dream, receive my items with such hope and anticipation, my heart fills with glee. I dig through and find my first twist and pop it into my mouth…..”my GOD.” i say… i experience the worst taste known to HUMAN KIND. My blood is coursing through my veins. The ONLY flavor notes I receive are DIRT, SADNESS and POISON. NO CINNAMON GOODNESS. The EASIEST thing to make on the menu and they’ve cooked it in what seems to be 3 DAY OIL. IT JUST NOODLES. ITS NOODLES YOU PUT IN THE OIL AND SPRINKLE SOME CINNAMON SUGAR ON IT. THATS IT. THE TASTE IS STILL IN MY MOUTH AS IM WRITING THIS BECAUSE I CANNOT GET IT OUT. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO TRUST THIS TACO BELL IF THEY CANNOT EVEN GET THE CINNAMON TWISTS RIGHT. WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS WORLD? I TRY TO WASH MY MOUTH OUT WITH THE BAJA BLAST DREAM AND IT TASTES LIKE A WET BALLOON. I scream in agony, in desperation, for my night, indeed, has gotten catastrophically worse. thank you, taco bell. for reminding me that you’re the toxic ex of fast food restaurants. you’ll always disappoint me, but I will try you again, maybe someday.

My order was good they didn't have a front cashier worker but you order your food on the monitor
Haven't ate most of the day and came in just before lobby was closing, staff got our food quickly and it worked out for both of us.

Don't really need to lie about ppl Taco Bell sauce when you said it Twice too the thru the box and window. And pulled away fully trusting you.. you should not be in the food industry Mame. For real what's a taco without hot sauce. Very upset. I seen the guy behind me got mad when I checked mine he went back through Mad high rpm through the turn and everything! Note fully trusting her....

Line never moved for a while but was trapped behind other cars to where I couldn’t leave. Had to correct my order twice but when I finally got the food it was still wrong. Only reason I gave the food 2 stars was that what we did receive was fresh.
