I spoke with Angie over the phone regarding a purchase I made online. She was very helpful in scheduling my delivery and explained the return policy. After she explained the protection they offer. I decided to add 5 years towards my appliance. unfortunately she was unable to take my payment over the phone. Hopefully I will be able to make it in to add that at a later date. Highly recommend, everyone was very kind
