I used to enjoy coming to this taco place, but unfortunately, my recent visit was really disappointing. I asked for pickled jalapeños, which they “forgot” to bring out, yet I was still charged for them. When I brought it up, they seemed confused and took a long time trying to figure out how to remove the charge from my card. The manager didn’t handle the situation professionally and didn’t offer a meaningful apology or clear explanation.
On top of that, the food just isn’t what it used to be. I’ve been here before and remember it tasting much better. Sadly, it seems like both the food and the customer service have gone downhill. I truly think the manager could benefit from better training in customer service. A little care and communication go a long way.

Not very clean. Menus had old food on them, floors sticky. Kitchen is visible and not very clean. Food is ordinary. Much better Taco spots around!

Came here for a simple pick up...these people will do everything except address you. Pitiful. 1 star across the board. Negative stars if I could. The two McDonalds close by are even better than that....

The best tacos in Nashville ! High quality ingredients , best vibes, lively music. I tried the pollo tacos, the governador tacos, and the asada and all of the were equally as delicious . The esquite is a TREAT, and the horchata is my favorite . Our sever made us feel so good and attended all our needs in good time !

This was my first time at the Nashville location & it will be my absolute last! The waiter had no knowledge of the menu, how to properly take the order & several of our parties orders were made wrong. The wait time was horrible! None of the servers "understood" English, but when other customers came in that didn't look like us, their food came quicker, fresher & faster. Zero stars on food, accuracy of orders, urgency to make it right & overall experience.

Went there with some work colleagues on 2/10/25. I was 3rd or 4th in line and ordered 3 beef tacos with cheese . They took my order never mentioned being out of beef. I filled my drink at the drink station which was out of half the drinks and the coke from the machine was the absolute worst I have ever had, ( the machine was out of co2). They brought every one’s orders out , after about 35 minutes from ordering 3 tacos I asked him where mine was and he said it’s coming out with a little attitude only to come back 10 minutes later to say they were out of beef . I believe this place has potential but needs to be managed better and I will never be back.

Terrible experience I went to Calle Taco expecting a nice dining experience, but I was deeply disappointed. Not only was the customer service poor, but I also noticed that the staff is not treated with respect. It’s uncomfortable to be in a place where employees are clearly undervalued. This reflects poorly on the management, and honestly, I cannot recommend a place with such practices. I hope they reconsider how they treat their team.
