the carne asada tacos and burritos are great. customer service is very slow. i do not recommend ordering here if you're in a rush to go anywhere but overall pretty nice taco spot

Worst customer experience I have ever had. I placed an order through their website. I came to pick up at the time it told me and was told to wait, they would not check on my order. After waiting 10 minutes they again asked my name and tried to find my order. 4 employees and no one would give me a straight answer about why my food was not ready. I think they eventually figured out the order (placed through their website) did not get to their system. They made me wait 20+ minutes before they would accept my online and text receipts as proof to start making my food again. Most of this wait the staff was just standing around.

I'm not sure that I could recommend Calle Taco to you in good faith. I thoroughly enjoyed my birria tacos, and the salsa and queso for absolutely delicious! However, this is my personal opinion. The people I went with didn't quite enjoy their food and my partner who'd ordered a side of fries, counted about 13 fries on his plate. If I returned to Calle Taco I'd probably have to do it alone and sit at the bar. This wouldn't be a location that you should take your food to go from, you should eat inside. The restaurant has a great vibe and their food will be best enjoyed while fresh and hot.

Asada tacos are literally two bites small. They were decent but very tiny. The agua de Jamaica was perfect. The staff was a little overwhelmed because they were in training. I appreciated that the person who took my order spoke Spanish. Im also a food snob from Chicago which has the most generous and tender carne asada tacos as a disclaimer.
We were turned away by Superica as they were in between lunch and dinner so walked here and so glad we tumbled upon it. The food was delicious and the people were super nice. I would definitely choose this place next time irregardless.
