This area of Woodbine has a half dozen taco trucks & stands on every block. Don Carbón's truck is worth the stop. My al pastor came perfectly seasoned, the vegetables were fresh, the frijoles refritos were flavorful without being greasy, and the rice was fluffy & moist. Importantly, nothing was oversalted — a refreshing departure from so many other taquerías that go heavy on the salt. Plus, the salsa cremosa verde had a proper kick to it.
