ordered for pick up and was told to pick it up by 11:49am. the order wasn't even placed! I went and waited in the parking lot 15 minutes before pick up time and at 11:49 I went in to pick it up. the order wasn't ready and to make it worse I left my car running for an extra 20 minutes because it was hot and I needed to wait.
