First time comer of this chain. Greeted and seated quickly. Inside was a somewhat ghost establishment. Server gathered our drink orders rather quickly but over friendly; in a creepy manner. Porky inquires about drafts on hand and come to find out, Drafts were unavailable; broken. No word as to if they were fixing issue. No sign posted notifying customers either. Settled for another choice (mixed drink) from what we were left with, that is. Considered leaving by this time but figured give it a fair chance. Food presentation wasn't great; amount of food given was decent; quality wasn't a 'wow' factor but it was manageable in the aspect it was better than the slop my father cooked for me as a child. I can only speak of what we ordered and what I seen around the restaurant and inspected of what little customers were there. Wait time was rather lengthy and forced me to entertain myself by observing the wall 'decorations' that were there. Less is definitely more. Cracker barrel does it better and with grace. Not much offered for children as to entertainment except a small coloring sheet and two crayons. Prepare to have back up entertainment for your little crotch goblins beforehand so they don't "disturb the other customers and their meals" (that wouldn't be what made your meal a bad experience, JS) A+ for effort, D for delivery. May try another location at a later date, but disappointed all around of experience for myself, Porky and Boogie. FB:: Not Your Average Review: Starring Porky & His Lady

Was not impressed with service in bar area this trip. Had to wait 10 minutes to be seated then another 10 to be waited on. Food was not served as requested

Not sure what has happened to the Madison location. Employees appear to be high, the bartenders are yelling behind the bar while they are they are practicing flipping liquor bottles and dropping them. They r dressed sloppy wearing baseball hats on sideways. Our waiter tried to flip the water glass around the back of his head with ice going every where. Then they r yelling "ompa" at each other across the bar. What has happened to a professional atmosphere? Won't be back.

Great bar food and drinks. They don't stay that busy so you can always get in. I love the staff

Man, what a disappointing Saturday dinner. My husband's dinner was mis-ordered and mine when arrived looked so inedible I had to send it back. (Took over an hour to reach our table). Just super bummed. We were really hungry and a lot of locally owned restaurants are closing around 9PM, so we opted for corporate. Never again will we TGIF on a Saturday.

I love the greeting we received! We were seated immediately and our waitress, Lisa took our drink and appetizer orders very promptly. I ordered a new item on the menu: The Whiskey Bacon Cheeseburger with side of fries. I must report, I was very disappointed. The whiskey sauce was too sweet and the bacon was greasy. I don't think they use real bacon???? My husband ordered a steak. His was not well prepared either....dry and bland. Lisa forgot the steak sauce which might have helped but..... We did like her bubbly personality. We didn't talk to a manager, but grudgingly paid a whopping $60 for our disappointing meal with drinks. We learned a valuable lesson though.....calculate the cost if you are going to try something different or eat at a different location, otherwise stick to the SPECIAL 😊

Seriously listen to the other reviews don't waste a visit at this location, I went against my better judgement because I love eating at Friday's! But service really is awful seemingly clueless waiting staff and hostess, which is just sad being new to Nashville and that being my local one. Change in this case was not good!

5/24/2019 around 7pm and waitress was wonderful and I usually like it here but omg my drink was more alcohol and very little juice started warming my chest and stomach. My fried potato skins had no chives and were over done. My spinach dip was cold and I asked for chips that weren't stale and the manager never brought them out. I'm very disappointed in this experience. I'd go elsewhere.

Placed an online order got there at time order was supposed to be ready and order was missing items. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to correct the order all the while the rest of our food was getting cold. The food was good but cold so we had to reheat everything. Its ridiculous that these people can't read a screen and make the food that's on the screen. Even the order assemblers didn't catch that the order was missing items. These people want more pay but can't pay attention to detail pathetic.

Service was terrible! The waitress never came to our table. Another waiter came took drink orders stated she would bring them out; yet, another waiter came took the orders again and brought drinks out. Our actual waitress waited on other tables that came after us. We received no explanation as to what the problem was. Felt very disrespected and will not be back!!! The one star I gave was only because the man told us to have a blessed night as we left without ordering!

I haven't been to a TGI Friday's in 10 years and now I remember why. The food tasted like disappointment with a side of sadness topped with regret. The food took forever to come. The broccoli was fresh from the finishing oven (aka microwave) with the firmness of an over cooked noodle, the steak had a single flavor profile of burned, and the "rare" color was the pallor of aged zombie flesh. When I asked the manager about it, he gave the reasoning of "All the juice and blood runs out as it sits in the refrigerator all day." The chicken tenders were drier than the Sahara in mid-summer, and they served it with Caesar dressing. Really? If there was a plus, it was the simply grilled salmon was edible and had some flavor. It's definitely going to be another 10 years before I come back.

Sooo... long story ahead went there last night just after 6pm... walked in and waited about 3-4 minutes to be seated. The restaurant had very few cars in the parking lot and didn't look terribly busy, so really was thinking we would get a good table and quick service... lord have mercy, that was not going to happen. The host took us to a table (in the nearly empty restaurant) right next to a huge very loud party. As she sat us at the table she removed a dirty plate from the table, and left a high chair blocking one side of the booth. Ok, I can move the high chair no problem. We sit, about 10-15 minutes later our server comes over and takes a drink order, tries to leave and we manage to get her to go ahead and take our food order as well. The table beside us is super loud, whatever. Food finally comes out and was actually quite good. Server came by once to check on us, then went MIA. We had to ask for the check, a gentleman comes over with our check I asked for it to be split, evidently that was crossing the line. He brings it back with a slight attitude. Whatever, all of a sudden I see on my phone that I have been charged for both individual checks. (Thank god for push notifications from the bank app) the server comes back and I asked her why this happened. She seemed very flustered. Our receipts did not reflect a double charge she leaves and comes back and says she accidentally swiped my card twice. Ok, can we fix this? She goes back for quite a few minutes and finally comes back to the table, states that the manager fixed it, and that he could come out and talk to us but he didn't want to. Um. Seriously? That's fine we didn't want to talk to him anyway, really just want to make sure that I'm not being charged for someone else's meal. Says she will go get new authorization forms and bring them back for us to fill out.. And we wait...: And we wait... And we wait.... I actually stepped outside for a few minutes and came back... still waiting....... Finally same dude that seemed inconvenienced that I asked to spilt the check comes out and leans on the booth. Asks if we needed anything else, we said nope just waiting on a final receipt. He says some crazy thing about swiping my card holds the other check, yada yada yada, we seriously were only waiting because the server told us that she was going to bring us another authorization form. No other reason. Well out comes the "manager" leans on my side of the booth and starts trying to figure out what we are waiting on. Well, let's not hold back now... first of all we are only sitting here because your server told us she was going to bring us this authorization form. He says well we can't close out the ticket with out the receipts you have at the table. Ok, they've been sitting right here, we weren't holding the hostage, by all means take them. So, then I proceeded to tell the "manager" that it's ridiculous that we were simply waiting patiently for whatever it was the server stated we needed, only to feel like we were being reprimanded at the table. He apologized. I then stated that his server point blank told us with out being prompted that the manager could come out and talk to us but that they didn't want to. He seemed mortified by that, which prompted me to believe that he really didn't want to come out and talk to us, even though we never actually asked to speak to the manager. So anyway back and forth... he promises me that the charge will come off and that I won't be charged. I made it very clear that it was a horrible experience. He gives us a voucher for $25 off our next order... anybody want it? Cause I for sure will not be returning. With out a doubt the worst experience of my life, which is such a shame because the food was actually really good.

Don't waste your money! Food had NO taste. I had the sizzling chicken and cheese (don't bother) , husband had the bacon chicken ranch sandwich (no flavor). The appetizers were better then the meals, with lots of flavor.
