This was the best cup of coffee during our trip. Very carefully crafted. Had a ham, egg, and cheese biscuit that was good too. Also tried the pumpkin muffin. Delicious! Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended.

Always fantastic food and service! They used to be located in the atrium of Centennial Medical Center before Starbucks moved in. MUCH better coffee here (especially espresso). Easy access via the skybridge from Centennial or Sarah Cannon.

Couldn’t be happier with this choice. It’s an elegant and trendy cafe. The baristas are experts. The cortado was well prepared and the latte awesome. The turkey egg biscuit was so good - I will consider turkey for breakfast in the future. The space was comfortable with tables and a bar. The service was also extremely friendly. Prices reasonable.

Another first time place for me but I will definitely return. I had the house coffee, black, and the Ham and Egg on a Rosemary Biscuit and was thrilled with how tasty it was. They have a limited menu but what they do offer is excellent. Long tables are shared with other guests. It is small, so getting a parking place or a table can be challenging.

Stopped in for breakfast, cherry pistachio scone and a breakfast biscuit. Both were well done and came out quick. I got a pour over for a stronger Sumatran and the quality was very high. Good place to hang out and work. Lots of business people and students coming and going. Prices good too.

If you are on the hunt for a vegan or vegetarian option while in the Nashville area, this coffee shop located away from the downtown area is an excellent choice. With a regular menu and vegetarian options is a good choice all around.

At last a local cafe serving coffee how it's meant to be. They still haven't worked out the tea side of things though.....you don't put canned pressurized desert whip on top as a milk substitute. Cakes nice.
Stopped for lunch and was delighted! Roasted carrot with arugula and quinoa was fabulous! Local beers, wine and liquor options as well as coffee drinks and a wide range of food options! A great find!

We stopped here on our way out of town. Wish we had come sooner! The shortcake and muffins are SO delicious! The Avo Toast is really good as is everything else we had. We would all recommend it highly!
