Could have been better. The taste was okay. Not the best in the world, but not bad. The service was... not friendly or welcoming. Any help at all in a new place is always nice and encouraging customers to try things in certain ways is appreciated, this a as not something they do. So it was , read the sign, order, pay, leave. No pleasantries.

I decided to do the custom ice cream sandwich with gooey butter cake on one side and a brownie on the other with pretzel caramel fudge ice cream and I am still thinking about this dessert a month later! Highly recommend!!

Do not order delivery through any app forthis store. I paid 56 dollars for 12 cookies and received 6. They do not answer the phone, nor did my purchase qualify for a refund. I am furious.

I stopped here for a sweet treat on my way home from Nashville and to my pleasant surprise found out that they are peanut free! My daughter was so happy because she is usually so worried in places like this because of her peanut allergy. All the cookies were delicious and the ice cream was amazing too!

Who doesn't like cookies and Ice cream? I got the cookie monster sandwich and my daught had the chocolate chip cookie sandwich and both were great. Just make sure you get it heated
Does indeed have good vegan options. You can do an ice cream cookie sandwich, although you only really get once choice. Still pretty great though

The Baked Bear is absolutely amazing! The concept of custom ice cream sandwiches is genius, and they execute it perfectly. The staff is always friendly and patient while you pick out your cookie and ice cream combo (which is not easy when everything looks so good!).
